We have some push/pull from Akari in what she feels for Abe and all the attention he's getting from every female but he just wants her. It takes awhile since so much of the females at his school are always keeping him busy he hardly gets to talk to Akari before a school sports.. but when they finally get a chance... they finally get together.

They're finally together!!! Abe needs to stop being this pushy and Akari needs to start relaxing!!! What a cliffhanger at the end!!!

Abe decides to back off on his aggressiveness as he can tell how uncomfortable it makes Yae, but unfortunately it is just when Yae is starting to come around... to make matters more complicated, Abe has become super popular after the school festival, so now she has competition. Abe is very single minded though and makes it very clear that Yae is the only one for him, if only Yae can get over her embarrassment and tell him she feels the same...

This is truly a transitional volume, it is all about Yae finding the courage and opportunity to admit she likes Abe-kun. There are some minor obstacles in the way, but all is resolved pretty quickly and the ‘real’ story can begin in the next volume - where Abe-kun declares that he doesn’t need to hold back anymore!

Oh boy... spoilerish??? 😬

Ok,so this was seriously pretty cute. Went by way too fast for me though. I love love love how Abe-kun only has eyes for Akari!!!! 😍😍😍😍 say what you want about him, but he is incredibly steadfast and single-minded when it comes to Akari-chan. Even when he could have easily been swayed by the abundance of attention he was getting after the school festival’s play. He was like annoying, go away. Girl, you ain’t got nuthin’ to worry about. SPOILER ALERT 🚨 🚨🚨
they make it official y’all!!!!!🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🤣🤣 yay 😁. Both of their feelings are mutual now!!! And that cliffy is hilarious!!! We gonna meet Abe-kun’s dad?!? Oh boy!!!! Hopefully volume 4 is longer 🤞

In this volume I can really see Abe putting a lot of effort to make her fall for him (from saving her in the drowning scene, wins the karate fight for the sake of her not being a manager, to bizarre like escape from the drunk man in the festival and not to forget that time he play Tarzan) and thus we can see Akari completely falling for him now, despite he’s really pushy & possessive.

Pros to Kozu being one of the best rival girl I know up until now! May she find happiness in the future cause she’s such a sweet character. Finally! They are a couple <3

Art is subpar, story is rushed, characters aren’t that likable. Abe is pushy and grossly over muscled, Yae changes her mind because...he’s persistent? Not really sure why. I don’t see the appeal in having a main character be such a muscle head that he’s actually dumb. Not just oblivious or airheaded, but an idiot.

We got a cute declaration of like between our man characters. Honestly I find it hilarious that he is just karate muscle dude and that's how whole personality as well. But he only has eyes for her.
