She and her family have now left the army bubble and split their time between the UK and Spain.
In between masquerading as a domestic goddess and drinking gallons of sangria in the name of staying cool she has, at last, sat down and listened to the voices in her head.
Emma writes strong female leads who enjoy running in circles around the men who turn to mush for them. Her books can be dark and twisty, with bloodshed before the happy ever after, but she’ll get you there. Eventually.

I loved this story from Emma Jayne Mills so much.
Situated in two of my favourite places, Frost Ford and Cliff Edge Cove, Aquarius certainly had a head start, but Constance and Axel are such wonderfully colourful characters and the twists and turn of the story make this everything and then some. The appearance of other favourite characters is also and added bonus.
I can highly recommend Aquarius. It can be read as a stand alone, however I can guarantee once you've read it you will be looking to read more books by this author

That story is just delicious. The author succeeded to create the perfect balance between light banter and darker plots.
The main characters are perfect for each other and I really loved that Constance is a romance writer, it gives a little something extra, a glimpse of the "romance world" inside a romance novel.
The book is a standalone but I loved that some characters from Emma's other books were there to say hi. It felt like coming home even if, with Emma, being home means that danger always prowls around.

Love a good bodyguard romance! Constance is a writer, struggling with a boyfriend who can’t handle her increasing popularity. Even though she writes under a pseudonym, he can’t handle the “embarrassment” of her job. When she’s finally had enough, Stuart decides that he’s the only one who gets to decide it’s over. Enter hot bodyguard who is book-boyfriend material. Not only does Constance get to know him, she also finds her muse and a new story! Full of intrigue, suspense, and a few curveballs, this is a fun, quick read.

Aquarius is a quirky quick read from Emma Jayne Mills. This was a really entertaining and enjoyable story . Some really funny lines and a great plot.
I liked the appearance of some known characters.

The author is an absolute word witch!
She completely casts a spell on you, drawing you in to Constance’s world, which just happens to be Frost Ford. You’ll have the opportunity to meet her friend and confidante, who seems to have Constance’s best interests at heart, alongside her selfish boyfriend, who considers her career of being an author an embarrassment. Constance decides it’s time for the relationship to end much to the boyfriend’s consternation. In an effort to protect herself Constance hires a bodyguard named Axel, who decides after an incident the best idea is to put her in a safe house…in Cliff Edge Cove. I’m not going to spoil it for you, I’ll just say: The story is gritty, romantic, muse themed and very easy to read.
If you do one thing right this summer, make it getting a copy of this book and reading it.

Constance is a romance author who has some things popping off in her life that bring her face to face with Axel. He's so yummy & he became her new muse while he was protecting her from a stalker. These two sizzle together which is awesome enough, but add in the suspenseful plot with twists out & about and the kicker of heat, well, it became the perfect novella in my eyes so I ask myself how the hell have I not met this author's work before now?! Well I have met her & her work now, so I'm off to check out all her previous work as she's right up my reading alley! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Let me start by saying how much I loved this story. Started reading and could not put it down. I smiled, laughed and fell in love with Axel and Constance. This story has sizzling romance and a plot that will have you hooked. Bonus is you get to visit with other loved characters and engage in all their antics. Click this one immediately!!!

Nothing like a good suspenseful bodyguard romance to keep you turning the pages. Constance and Axels story was full of intrigue, lies, plot twist, and lighthearted banter. Nothing like a romance writer with insecurities and a bodyguard who has his walls up. The ending was one I was not expecting for sure. Great read!

This book was so much more than just that, it gives you a look into such in depth characters and the world they live in.
Constance is a writer and her "boyfriend" doesn't like all the popularity she is getting. She decides to end it with him but he doesn't like that and takes things into his own hands. Enter Axel, hot bodygauard.
Axel will do his job and keep Constance safe but will he go any further? Will he repeat the past?
What happens when everything that has been happening to Constance ends up being worse than what they thought?

Another delightful book by this author. Emma Jayne Mills always manages to balance all the details in her stories and even though this was a short story there were parts that made me laugh, there was love and also a darker side that just hits the spot. Such a talented indie author. Love her books. And you will love Constance and Axel’s story and let’s not forget we’re revisiting Frost Ford! This book is part of a series by various authors but can definitely be read as a stand alone.
