Neerav is a scientist posted at a National Research Lab in Indore. Apart from working long hours at his office, he has devoted the last several years of his life to taking care of his mother and sister after his father's untimely demise. His sister Neeti is well settled now with a job and happy marriage and his mother's mental health has stabilized. It's about time Neerav thought about what he wants for himself in his personal life. As luck would have it, a certain someone has recently been transferred to Indore. A certain someone who has the most unforgettable smile. After reading book one from the series which was the story of Neeti and Ronit. I was very excited to read the second book which is the story of Neerav (Neeti's brother) and Shweta.
Two highly qualified individuals with PhD and are well known research scientists at Indore. They were batch mates who luckily became colleagues at Indore research centre. For Shweta it was not a winning deal as she was upset to be transferred to a small unit at Indore but as the friendship grew between her and Neerav her prospective got changed.
Shweta has a past which has filled her heart with so much negativity that now she fears to take any new step in her life before thinking about it 100 times.
Neerav always imagined Shweta whenever his mom asked him about marriage, but that was not easy. Shweta's estranged behaviour was always a concern for him. Slowly and gradually and with all his patience and persistence efforts he made Shweta open up and come out of her past. Finally there was a little ray of friendship between them. But as it is said - Delhi abhi door hai.
Will there ever be time when Shweta will forget her unsuccessful marriage which ended in divorce and the trauma she faced at her in laws??? Will Neerav be able to make her realise his love for her??? Will there be love anytime in future or just the friendship for life???
Kuddos to the author to come up with such a beautiful story line and doing a great justice with it. I loved the narration of Indore, food, market places and many tourist spots mentioned in the book. Also it was a great experience to read the story of two scientists and their work environment. So yes a good read at that👍.
**My favourite scene from the story is the last scene, no it's not a happy ending or i am not giving out any spoilers over here but it has something very different to feel and the cute funny humour in it.

This year I've read comparatively very less number of romances and this is the one... pulling me back to the genre.
Story revolves around Neerav and Shweta, both are mature but a decade back were co-trainees, life made them meet again and there starts a fresh begining of romance followed by friendship.
I like the way author plot the book
I like the description of timeline diffrence.
I like charcter building specially in case of Neerav, how he is handling the things after his father's demise.
Also the problems with Shweta like her marriage and her not feeling ready for a marriage with Neerav.
Very well written.
Fine plot... with so many twists.
Nice writing style.
Easy language.
Beautiful cover ofcourse... so refreshing.
I'm loving it... and I highly recommend it to all romance lover.

Story: Neerav and Shweta are co-trainees in a company. They had faced a lot. Neerav's life changes after his father had an unexpected accident. Shweta's life changed after a painful marriage that ruined her life and ultimately ended in divorce. Due to that shweta now has trust issues. Neerav and Shweta become friends, fall in love with course of time and develop a good relationship and Neerav wants to marry Shweta but she isn't ready. Will she give her life a chance again?
Verdict: The book is no doubt touching and lovely but it could be more longer. I know it's long enough but I craved for more.

"Because it's you" is a Romantic Fiction.The story is very simple yet powerful.
"Venuka Goyal"has narrated it very well.
Other than love, I could feel important aspects like Friendships,Coping with heart breaks, Misunderstandings and Separation.It is very warm and engaging at the same time.
Two people running from their past, heart breaks and handling responsibilities .Neerav and Shweta both have bad luck with love.They struggle to acknowledge their feelings for each other.
Shweta is still struggling with the trauma of her Divorce.And Neerav buried under family responsibilities did not get time for Love.Both are struggling with themselves .
They are Scientists and eventually get to work together.
With other characters in the story it becomes interesting.
I found the language used is very good and easy.
Every character is very well portrayed. The locations, characters, and personalities are all described in great detail.
The writing style is very subtle, which does complete justice to this Contemporary Fiction.
Beginners and ones dealing with reading slump should go for this.

The alluring title and captivating cover page of the book stole my heart and I decided to gave it a try. The book showcase a story of two adults Shweta and Neerav. Both work together and come from a different background. Shweta is now single after divorce, whereas Neerav being occupied with his family problems didn't get a chance to marry and settle down. As the story progresses, we get to see the bond developing between Shweta and Neerav.

To begin with, the cover of the book evoked my intrest. This novel is a journey of two educated people Shweta and Neerav, both were classmates and colleagues. The tale starts from 2009 and ends in 2019,keeping the readers connected from the very first page. shweta had a disturbed arranged marriage on the other hand Neerav is portrayed as responsible young man, who deals with an irreplaceable lose of his father and depressed mother and sister. Slowly they become friends and then starts a matured love story. A story of love, confession and admitting oneself of own feelings. Keeping the language uncomplicated author has narrated an amazing story. What will shweta decide?

Never in my life have i read a book that had the same sense of humour as me - until now. this is honestly one of the sweetest books i have ever read. i was giggling like a dweeb pretty much throughout the entire thing.
Is everything in the story convenient? Sure.
Is it super emotionally compelling? Not really.
But it absolutely nails the fact that relationships dont work unless you know your partner on a friendship level. and I love the natural connection that developed between the Main Characters.
My only complaint would be that the ending is a little rushed.
I think there are some things that could have been explored more and I honestly wouldn't have minded a longer book. Oh well, still a fantastic story overall!

The narration, grammar and vocabulary are well maintained and followed. The book can be recommended to those readers who are ready to accept the dark reality of life in a book format. The cover page is strong and well designed. The light brownish \ muddy feel sets the feel of the book. A little care on page indentation and paragraph alignment would have made the book more appealing. Else, with straightforward language, the book is a good read. The book is entertaining in every manner. The book gives an incredible feeling of warmth and love. The romance, whether engaging or joyous or sad, a reader will definitely enjoy the book.

This book is a realistic ride through an entire gamut of emotions encompassing love, friendship, family, and other things.
The storyline is well paced, the plot is relatable, emotions are vividly described and a very simple language has been used for the narrative. The two main characters are very well etched while the supporting chatacters have been described sufficiently.
The soul of Indore has been highlighted. I have never been to Indore but her description wants me to visit Indore.
Overall an amazing read.

Shweta and Neerav were batchmates while Neerav had crush on Shweta, for her Neerav was an acquaintance then life happened and Shweta distanced herself from everything except work, many years later their paths cross again in Indore.
I like how Venuka always keeps her characters and plot close to reality. I enjoyed reading this book except for the parts about beamline...they went above my head 😅.
