I read it. I’m counting it towards my challenge total. Idc what people say.
As for the book, a helpful guide to orient anyone starting out to not feel so lost in the first month. He admits that this is not in-depth enough to be proficient and I’d agree. But a great place to not feel like you’re drowning and overwhelmed. Wish I had read this before starting but here we are.

Easy to chew knowledge bites. I’m now a proud ICU drop out but not because of this book. Highly recommend this book

General overview of ICU care for any level to learn at. Briefly hits all the major points, allowing for a softer landing into the world of intensive care.

Great overview of critical care medicine. Written plainly and easy to understand. Keep this thang on me at all times at work currently and reference it often
