List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items. Some contain a lot of ingredients and are in European measurements, some are in US. Directions are given. There are NO pictures and recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page. First recipe in book says to cook at 220C , that would be 428 F. Air fryers only go up to 400F ! 2nd recipe says cook at 350C, which would be 662 degrees in F. Hard to use a cookbook and trust it when it begins like this. There were other recipes in the book that also way exceeded the 400F max temp of air fryers. Very disappointing.
