One cold winter evening while flakes continue to fall gently coating the city of Dayton with icy white sparkles filled with magic, Cannon Spears is called upon and warmed up with a night of extremely heated passion by good girl next door—the incredibly smart, funny, beautiful and voluptuous Fatimah. Their fiery chemistry and affinity for one another creates an instant bond that can only be described as celestial, indicative of God's love, and infused with a devotion that reads on as a testament to a spellbinding loyalty. It is this loyalty between two lovers, which will ultimately be put to the test by a whirlwind of time, imprisonment, and murder. The adventurous entanglement of Cannon and Fatimah's bond is founded in friendship with a unique twist of desire that is permeating.
From the start, Fatimah falls hard for Cannon, but he's the proverbial bad boy with all the vigor of youth and inexperience in the ways of women, so he chooses to pursue the Thug Life that he blindly sees as a way out of the hood over being in a relationship and living up to the standards he knew that he must when dating a girl like Fatimah. Rather than be unfaithful to Fatimah and tarnish the fabric of something so beautiful he digressed and stepped off. She relents despite her heart tugging to hold on to him, allowing Cannon to choose to be whoever he wants. Despite her desire to see him happy, she hold a grudge having felt slighted by someone that she believed was the other half of her happily ever after. Still, the impression upon Cannon and Fatimah's future world is made by the coming together of their hearts and spirits in a time when they needed the rendezvous most.
Cannon, as if he could get any more handsome, matures and grows to become one determined S-O-B that won't take no for an answer, and when facing any opposition, he either charms and bedazzles his way through or swindles what he wants. Cannon has his machinations working well for him until he links up with Alejandro Torres, a privileged millionaire who has no bounds to his power and ambitions to rise. When Cannon goes against Alejandro's wishes, it turns out to be the worst mistake he's ever made in his life landing him in prison. He's left for dead, forced to fend for himself and digs down deep to overcome the welling bitterness inside. While Cannon serves his time, he preserves, resurrects, and reinvents himself by writing, which ultimately leads to Fatimah reemerging in his life and rekindling their fire and desire.
Fatimah, in all of her glory, is everything that Cannon wants now that he's gotten his mind right and is preparing for his freedom, but the wind blows, and she lands in the arms of another man by default. Still, they remain close friends, and she is instrumental in Cannon's early release. Renewed, Cannon's hearty appetite for success is matched by Draya, a well to do socialite that has hustled her way to the top with brains, a shrewd business acumen and her family’s money backing her. Draya founds “Full Circle Vision,” a production company where she’s the majority shareholder, and with Cannon’s creative mind working in overdrive to propel the company to new heights, they are hailed as the it couple. He produces his debut film based on a screenplay that he co-wrote with Fatimah, as their chemistry continues to sizzle and remains transferable to whatever they do. Just as Cannon is transitioning to become the boss that he was always meant to be, his past misdeeds threaten to take all of his growth away and potentially his life. As Cannon maneuvers through a sticky situation with Fatimah and Draya, he learns a lot about what is most important to him and is reassured in his ability to rely on the strength of his intelligence, wit and charm to make it out of ANYTHING.
