Second in The Nobility Service series by Rose Wetter! Read in any order!
Lady Catherine Whitesmith knows loss. Her husband, the duke, died six months ago, leaving the dowager in shattered grief.
In addition to the companionship of her husband, Lady Catherine also misses the touch of a man more than she'd ever admit to any of the other women at court. But when her friend, Lady Black, tells her of a service of noblemen that "take care" of women of her standing, Lady Catherine's intrigued.
The men come, expecting to find a docile creature who simply wants a night in bed. What they don't expect is a woman comfortable in taking what she wants and asking for what she needs...no matter how shocking.
This is a 5,500 word short and can be read in half an hour.
It doesn’t surpass the first one but is very good. Only thing that bothered me was the mistake of saying Henry instead of Richard’s name. It’s such a short story you have to be able to get it right! Lady Black gets around 😂😂. William and Henry are good. Henry is so polite. Like John “Sir Charles” in the last book. I loved the characters and storyline. I’m also glad she didn’t demean Richard. Next story. 🔥🔥💜💜💜
The dowager duchess misses marital merry making with her husband. She makes arrangements for The Nobility Service to give her three times the pleasure she shared with her husband. 🌶️🌶️🌶️
Again I'm amazed at what can be done in under 30 pages! This time we have a recent widow who did love her husband! And well, she's wanting to have some fun still, as a way to move on. It's sweet and very sexy, and it's rare form we see in a historical romance where the woman knows what she wants and the men are happy about it, haha.
Again, a fun, sexy, quick read with a gorgeous cover of a woman in a black dress. With the expression that we can see and her posture, we know who's in charge.
