Each recipe starts with a title, prep and cook times and servings. List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items. Some contain a LOT, be sure to have them all first. Directions are given and some nutritional information: calories, fat, carbs, protein, cholesterol, sodium, potassium are listed, NOT sure of serving size. One recipe wants you to place sheet in preheated oven, but never tells you the temperature. Read recipe all the way through. Very few recipe pictures.
