Long is a warper. Together, they find the missing relics belonging to the emperor and make plans to take down the leader of China, which must include bringing down a deadly dragon. As the president gets one piece of bad news after another, he’s forced to a showdown amid a protest in Tiananmen Square where unexpected events occur one after another.
