Book was very inspiring and motivational as I would go back and read it on the days where I needed encouragement the most I found it , I love the things we don’t talk about it section , It was reassuring to see I’m not the only one that thinks this way and is firm on boundaries haha it made me feel less bad for sticking to them. I loved the book and I’m thankful to receive the opportunity to read & leave a review for others 10/10 highly recommend especially if you are trying to find and work on yourself the right way !

This book comes in with a lot of the hard but necessary truths. I have personally experienced a lot of it, and it helps to see the things you’ve felt written and expressed by someone else as well. The reminders that people come and leave your life for reasons, and some connections aren’t meant to last. And it points you back to finding love in yourself. Something that is important but often pushed aside. To know yourself and your needs, that is how someone else will be able to know you and love you.

I absolutely loved this book. I would definitely recommend you read this if you are looking for inspirational quotes, positive reminders, encouragement, daily goals, prayers, ect.

This book is great for those who struggle with mental health, or if you just need to read something relatable or positive. You can read it as a book or just flip through and find what you need to “hear”. The “things we don’t talk about” section really hit hard for me, everything in this portion was so relatable and I have experienced/ been through most of these things. 10/10 recommend this book! 🖤

this book is one of those bitter pills to swallow; i have read it two times so far and every time it provided a sense of comfort and was able to re-instil my self confidence. It is well written and i believe it is the book that i needed to survive the storm i was going through. All the topics that we often avoid were covered and it provided a better and worthwhile viewpoint on the subject of love and self_worth; truth be told it is one of the best books ive read so far

I’ve read quite a few of Sara’s and Michael’s books now and I can say each one keeps getting better. It’s so easy to relate to everything she writes. All the poems and quotes really make you take a step and evaluate everything. I will 100% be continuing to read all of their other books.
