Welcome to Mysterious Cryptid Encounters Dogman Special. The Encounters shared in this book were sent into the Mysterious Creatures Facebook Group by our members, we currently have somewhere in the region of quarter of a million members so there’s no shortage of stories to share. I have had a lot of feedback from fans on the Cryptid Encounters series, whilst most enjoy the books a lot of them are fans of Dogman but don’t have any interest in other cryptids so I have taken all the Dogman Encounters from the cryptid encounters series and put them here into one book. There is also many bonus never before released encounters.
This was a collection of Dogman encounter stories. The author publishes a series of cryptid encounters books and he put together two special editions, one for Bigfoot and this one for Dogman. Most of the encounters are sighting types or hearing something. They aren't as intense as several other series are, but it made an impression on the witnesses.
Gave the book 5 stars as the majority of the stories seem to be truthful and witnesses are descriptive in their encounters. However I think if the author is going to publish these stories I. A book he really should hire an editor to clean up the gramma and spelling errors. It would make the book more enjoyable to read.
The stories are mostly of hearing deep growls or seeing unidentifiable beings in the dark or some distance away. A few describe frightening visions of red eyed creatures. I didn’t find any of the episodes particularly disturbing but I’ve an interest in these type of alleged monsters as both my sister-in-law and a cousin have shared their own personal experiences with me.
Great reading, very scary encounters, I've never seen one nor do I want to (Dogman). I can't imagine the fear these people have when they encounter them, trying to comprehend what they are looking at, very terrifying
This book is a collection of stories from people who’ve allegedly encountered a dog man. It’s written in the exact manner the people wrote it, without editing. This style adds to the authenticity and credibility imho and makes for a spookier read. I enjoyed many of the stories as told therein. It would make a good camp fire read out loud book. If you like that sort of thing.
