A well written book for all ages, furthermore proven by a catchy leather book cover! It is divided into three sections, "History of Major League Baseball," "Greatest Players, and "Major League Teams."
As for the history of the sport, it is very educational and includes highlights of specified eras of the Major Leagues since the 19th century, decade by decade. Twenty-five of the game's greatest players such as Derek Jeter, Johnny Bench, and Ty Cobb, provide detailed individual statistics of their playing careers, profiles teams they've played for, and notes highlights and accomplishments awarded. Finally, an historical analysis of each baseball team profiles noteworthy accomplishments and statistics.
If you are bring introduced into the game of Major League Baseball, this book is perfect! Note that the book was published in 2015 and covers statistical analysis up to the end of the 2015 baseball season.

A good read on the history and fundamentals of the game. It also has good bios on all the major MLB greats from Ty Cobb to DiMaggio, Walter "Big Train" Johnson and "Babe" Ruth, Robinson to Mays to Aaron.

This book was about different guys that made the hall of fame and a autobiography about them. This book also uses chronological order by what year these players had played in. I recommend this book for people that like to read about baseballs past and that if they want to read about someone that made it in the hall of fame that they should read this book. I also think that if someone would like to know a lot of facts about history they should also read this book. I personally think that this book was pretty neat that they would give and know a lot of information about baseball players in the 1800's.

I really like this book because they talked about a lot of cool things and the cover was really cool because it was in the shape of a baseball. They also talked about how baseball came about and the History and how some of the men had to go to war at times. Also it had older people and newer people. The also talked about the fundamentals of baseball and my favorite part was when they talked about the team of the century. That is why I recomend this book to anyone that likes baseball.
