It's a wonderful conclusion to a thrilling series. All the storylines are wrapped up, and though I'd love to have more, the ending is perfect.

After four books of all sorts of shenanigans, is Dillon finally making progress with the woman who sets his heart all aflutter?

Will Suzie open up to him? Will he end up with one of the other amazing ladies who have taken a shine to him and his Wizard's Staff? ;)

Please read the whole series, you'll love it and I'm sure if you aren't a gaming geek, you'll still identify with the university life experience, dating, falling for exciting people and horrible bullies.

I'm so sad this is the last book but it was a fitting conclusion and I'm all about Alexa's next series.

Also as a friend says a fair bit, "Oof." *licks lips*

Just wow! This fifth and final book in the the Level Up series was everything I could have hoped for and more. Very well written and beautifully crafted, the reader will find themselves enthralled from beginning to end. At least I know I was.

If you haven't read the previous books, please don't start with this one! Go back and read book one and work your way though. You'll enjoy the trip.

PS- I loved the last line in the story. Don't skip to see what it is, just read the story through from beginning to end and wait for it.

Fantastic

Fabulous ending to a superb series. Questions answered. Moments resolved. Still maintaining the lust and passion that we’ve come to expect.

I have been really enjoying the Level Up series and Level Five is most definitely my favourite of them all! But please read ahead with caution if you have not yet started reading this series. These books are not written to be standalones and so there will be spoilers for the previous books in the series!

Dillon has decided that having a harem of girls is not what he wants anymore and he knows that he has to end things with everybody else if he is to have a chance of winning Suzie’s heart. Suzie does reveal to him the events of her past that make it hard for her to date, and it is a heart-breaking story, but it just helps Dillon to realise how much he really loves her. On top of that, things come to a head in the situation with the bully in a way that certainly helps Dillon’s pursuit of Suzie.

I really admired Dillon’s determination and conviction in Level Five. He was willing to end things with the other girls even though Suzie is still saying that she doesn’t want to be in a relationship with anybody. But he wants to be there for Suzie no matter what after she tells him about the things that happened to her in the past. And near the end of the book, Dillon pulls out one of most romantic gestures I think I have ever seen and it may even have brought a tear to my eye! If I wasn’t already in love with Dillon before I started, then I sure was by the end of this book!

There was definitely a lot less heat in this book, probably because Dillon was no longer having sex with anything that moves, although the steamy moments that were included were probably some of the hottest in the series because of the depth of feeling involved. But, personally, I was happy to see some of the heat being replaced with real emotion. It gave the book much more depth and ended up pulling me in and making me really feel for the characters too.

Despite a bit of a slow start to the series in Level One, this series has continued to get better and better and I would highly recommend it!

I enjoyed reading the whole series, and this was an awesome way to finish the series. The entire story was sexy as hell. Dillon was a likable friend and lover to all his familiars. The dialog and banter between him and his friends were great throughout. Suzie and Dillon make a great couple, and I could feel the tension between them as I read through the chapters. The romantic arc throughout the whole series was very well done. The sex scenes always sizzled.

I love this whole series. I bought the first one to review and after two weeks of wondering about the characters and their fate, I bought the remaining four. It's cute, it's steamy and though I can't imagine the ending from the perspective of Stacy and Dani, I am happy with how it went down.

Making a Date

If this is the finale, Alexa Sommers brought this series to an excellent close. The relationship between Dillon and Suzie ended perfectly. I can truly say overall I was thoroughly pleased with the events as they led to this climax. Great job, Alexa.
