I really enjoyed Erik’s book. Being a bills fan, it’s always fun to learn of the process. To see what a player does to prep for those 60 minutes on Sunday. Any self help book that gives me direction or as I call it, a new seed of thought is then worthwhile. Tackle what’s next taught me
About the pivot, the time during a game, or even down to b by the single play where something goes a way other than expected. Erik’s was his neck injury that ended his football career. Over all I’m not sure tackle what’s next would be for everyone it’s overall ideas aren’t ground breaking, not can they or intend to, fix you. If you’re an athlete or a Bills fan, this is a five star read. I have not four because it’s well written, helped me Understand a pivotal player in my teams history, and introduced me to the other side of the ball, the one the rest of us live and and work in. Recommended for those reasons!
