The good news is, Kim has a dog.
The bad news is, he's lost.
And both of them are in the big city.

This endearing book features a little girl and her dog, Chip. Both are so cutely illustrated. Of course, I'm rooting for a happy ending.

And not only is there a happy ending, but the author considerately supplies things to think about.

Sometimes I read to my 2 year old son even if I don't think he's listening. A lot of the time, he's playing with his cars or doing his own thing while I read. He payed attention to this one & asked to read it again.
