Such a great little book that has a lot of depth, wisdom, and encouragement!
I bought it to give to my teenage daughters, but I was also encouraged and challenged because I still am struggling with anxiety, comparison, loneliness, etc (and I’m not a young girl anymore 😀). So it’s great for all ages.
