I have so much to say about this book. This book had me so emotional. It made me laugh. It made me cry. It made have to change my panties more than once cause darn it's a hot book.
I'll start with Billie and Jonty cause they are couple goals and the trust they have towards each other while attempting to do something that could break other marriages is admirable. I love that they love and trust each other so much that swinging and sharing other people doesn't bother them. They have ground rules, love, and trust to be themselves completely and I love that. Even though there sex escapades are kinky and taboo you could feel the overwhelming love they have for each other.
The next couple are Tim and Lauren. Tim is just the sweetest thing and I love how sure he was about Lauren. His confidence and love for lauren is soo clear it made me emotional. And Lauren who regardless of the obstacles and insecurities she went through with her family is still so brave. Last but not least Jamie and Owen are just Oh MY Gosh so perfect together. I LOVE their love. Their story is just so beautiful.

❤ You will love the three intertwining stories... I loved that it felt like I was reading three stories at once.
❤This book has a story for everyone... there is a sweet romance, a newly found single and ready to mingle gal who is ready to explore and a sexually adventurous couple. Plus friendship, sistership and family.

5 Stars. Loved this book. First it got Christmas as its back drops for the story which you can't go wrong with. Festive Flings is an emotional story. It makes you laugh one minute and crying the next. It's a story about 3 couple as they discover everything about their relationships. Some as they start new relationships, others trying to bring spice back into their old one.
It is hard for me to pick a favorite couple because Ms. Johnson's characters are beautifully written which is making them all strong and real characters.
I highly recommend reading Festive Flings, I could not put it down till the ending. I think you will enjoy it. I'm giving an honest review of this book. I received Festive Flings as an ARC.

This was an amazing read! The way the characters are introduced and how they intertwine was flawless. This is a modern day Cinderella but with adult fun and hot scenes. I read this in a day and a half because I couldn’t put it down! I love the surprise cameo of a few characters and an author! I loved to see them introduced as part of this story and an opening to their own! I didn’t say any names because I don’t want to give any spoilers out! I completely recommend this if you are looking for something special

I didn’t know I needed a cup full of Christmas in the middle of summer, but I was wrong. This multi-POV gem was exactly how I wanted to spend a Friday in August. Think Love Actually WITHOUT it ever cutting to black. All the characters know each other and they all experience growth in some form. There is unrequited love, instalove, established love, new passion, old kinks and it’s all done in a way that keeps those pages turning. The HEA was super fulfilling and I can’t wait to reas the spin-offs! Totally recommend!

Hands down, this is one of my favorite romance stories. Hot and steamy, will make you fall in love, not only during Christmas, but all year round! I am looking forward to owning the printed version of this book.
Reading it will make you want more of the story and I am so excited for the 2nd book to come out. You will love how the author connects the lives of the characters.

Festive flings was amazing!! This book will definitely keep you warm during the cold Christmas season!! I loved how everyone story was different but the same! Emma sure does knows how to make you feel things( in all ways 🤭) you don’t want to miss out on this book!!

This story is sensual, erotic, positive, and filled with all the feels, so much better than a typical holiday romance and not like a Hallmark movie. I like that all couples experience real-life issues from burnout to self-confidence to work. This book jumps between multiple characters as they have some authentic journeys. You have Jamie and Owen, who have a sweet romance even though the whole boss thing is involved. Billie and Jonty are looking to add the spice back to their marriage. Tim and Lauren are a new couple with many issues, but can their love overcome that inner voice? I do love the holiday playlist at the beginning of the book.
This book begins erotically as Jamie dreams of passion but finds herself frustrated. She is coming off a destructing break-up and finding herself once again. She does a great job of picking herself up and moving on. This book is set during the holiday season with Christmas and winter vibes. This book has some very mature content; some may find it too explicit.
Billie, her sister, is a coffee shop owner and feels the long days of working and being a mom. Her relationship and intimacy are stuck in a rut or fizzling like a “wet firework.” What will she and Jonty do? Her idea is quite adventurous but shows a steamier side of a marriage and a little kink. Honestly, I’m more interested in her sister Jamie’s progress and dreams.
Tim found the girl of his dreams unexpectedly, but she has quite a complex of self-deprecating. Lauren is a fireball, but she seriously lacks self-confidence. Tim also works with Jamie.
Owen is Jamie’s boss, but he secretly has the hots for her. He eludes to his crush being a forbidden work romance, but he can’t help but be in love with his personal assistant. He decides to go for it, but how will he show her he can be more than her boss?
Jonty is a hard-working man who is tired when he comes home. He isn’t meaning to neglect his wife and make her jealous of her children for his attention, but he is anyway. They had a fun, kinky lifestyle before kids, adding steaminess to this story.
I can definitely see how a lot of mothers and wives reading this can relate to Billies feelings and emotions. However, I think the kink they describe, although exciting to read about, isn’t for everyone. I’m glad there are multiple povs in this story. As each one is different and in a separate time of their lives.
I love the hidden gems of praising another author in the story. Did you find it? Also, the cafe has been mentioned in other books, and I wish I could visit it. Jamie and Owen litteral get to play my dream with that Christmas market, so swoony and sweet. Their dinner is more sensual than expected, but at least they seem to be moving in the right direction.
Lauren and Tim are a new couple, experiencing life and each other slowly. I did think their first time was sweet as the author presented it. Still, Lauren has significant issues with her own confidence. She doesn’t see herself in a positive light and has to be reassured a lot.
Unfortunately, their happy little world of bliss comes crashing down on both of the new couples in this book, and there are heartbreaking decisions to make. But can they sacrifice their fears for true love?
There seems to be an underlying theme through the story of holidays mixed with the literal issue one may face in their lifetime.
This story ended amazingly, and I wonder if, in the future, these two amazing authors will collaborate on a book together. I have to say I love the little hints and incorporation of other works, characters, and authors in this story. This is such a sweet book. Think a naughtier version of love actually. Set at Christmas time this story follows several people and you get invested in each one of them.
With great story-telling and descriptions you feel as if you are there.

This is a short, fun, easy read with lots of steamy moments. While all the characters get their happy endings, pun intended, the story isn’t all vanilla. If I had to give it a negative note, it would be that it was too short. But then again, I’m now waiting for the next one!

Owen and Jamie, a work place romance. Owen has always fancied Jamie but with her being in a relationship and then just having her heart broken he’s never had the courage to ask her out.
Tim and Lauren, meet on a double date. Tim instantly falls in love with Lauren when he meets her on a double date, she’s everything he has ever wanted but Lauren, she doesn’t see herself as the perfect woman.
Jonty and Billie, a married couple. Jonty and Billie having been married for a few years, still in love with each other but the spark has dwindled between them a little bit so they set out this Christmas to get that spark back.
Wow, there is a whole lot of spice in these books, it was so hot.
I loved each of the couple story’s in this book, and thinking about it I really felt that each one had a message to say as well.
Tim and Lauren were my absolute favourite, moved a little quick but damn if you are that in love go for it!
Tim was so patient with Lauren which made me adore him.
Lauren has been beaten down all her life about her looks and weight but Time really saw the beauty in her and made it his mission to show Lauren just how perfect she really was.
I loved that Emma wrote about the struggles and inner self doubt with being a curvy woman but at the same time showing that a curvy woman is just as beautiful and sexy than a thinner woman.
This is a great book and really enjoyed it but I am going to go get in cold shower now.

Couldn't put it down
Normally, I read fantasy books , I stumbled onto Emma Lee johnson books and found them all to sound really interesting.
As it is the festive season, I started with festive flings, I was hooked by the first chapter every spare second I had, I was picking my phone back up to read more.
I love Jamie and Owens' story as well as the other couples that this book follows.
I love how I got to read about different couples in one book and was cheering for all of them.

The spice is next level , very well written.
Story line and romance all very well written , I felt like I was really there on the side lines watching it all unfold and really got attached to the characters. I cannot wait to read the next book in the series.

Wow what can I say? I got this book without knowing who the author was or what other books she has wrote, I did no research into what the book was about l, but I dove right in.
Spice level is wow and shocked me, I’ve cried and laughed with the book, but also had to hunt my partner out on a couple occasions to help me out AHA.
Each couple are amazing and the stories each hold were fab. But my favourite is Billie and Jonty their relationship and the amount of trust they have run each other, made me think. Lauren and Tim are so damn cute i wanted to be there for them through out their story.
I am ordering book 2 tonight so I will diving straight into that one when it arrives.

If you’re wanting a light and fluffy Christmas themed storyline with a well balanced smattering of smut—this is definitely for you.
The characters are well thought out and show progression, they also connect with eachother well.
A couple plot holes/unbelieveable scenarios, but nothing that actually distracts from the story, maybe just a slight bit of explanation or dialogue would iron them out.
The bonus chapter has led well into book two, which I am looking forward too reading.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book in the run up to Christmas. I will read again.

This book goes through three couples and their point of view. It was every bit the steamy and perfect holiday book.
I thought it would get a tough reading from 6 different characters and their point of view but after a couple of chapters, I didn’t even notice it. I loved how each couple handled the obstacle they had to face and proved to themselves they could do it.
This book has some intense scenes and some spice. With the setting around the holiday season, it was perfect to read this month.

This is the first book ive read by this author, and oh my i didn't know what i was getting into. Ill be honest, the POVs through the book in the beginning i felt like it would be hard to follow but by the end, i was left wanting more of their story lines. i dont want to give names of couples, what you have to look forward too. If you haven't read this you need too! this is so much discovery, spicy and kink finding throughout this book i recommend 1000/10

This story made me cry and laugh and so emotional overall
I am not going to spoil the story or the plot.
But the chemistry between the characters were intense!!
The sexy scenes had my ears red and me hiding my kindle under the blanket and reading.
The storyline had me captivated and I literally finished this in a single sitting.

I absolutely loved this book. It was hot, funny, and yet emotional. I loved the couples and their relationships. This book had something for everyone. It was a holiday romance and all the couples were at different points in their relationship. The characters were strong, relatable, and well written. This was a hard book to put down and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Need another holiday theme read to finish up this year? This one is perfect -- a quick read, but it's like getting 3 stories in one because there are three couples in different stages here! Each one has their own story, each one has a little spice (some have WAY more) and each finds some happiness!
