How do I stop being anxious and depressed as an adult?

Stop asking yourself, then keep reading!

Anxiety has been described in different ways by different people. Sometimes, the distinguishing factor is the creeping sense of dread that overwhelms you and never goes away.

At other times, it’s the pit in your stomach that feels like it will burn a hole into your body, poisoning your insides and curtailing your ability to sleep, eat, or do anything else even mildly productive.
