Es un libro muy informativo del tratamiento de insomnio en muchos diversos grupos de pacientes. Lo que más me gustó fue que hablaba de los protocolos differentes por los niños. Esa parte era muy útil en mi propia práctica con pacientes. Una cosa que me gustó también fue la inclusión de un capitulo de la salud femenina, porque usualmente este tema es desatendido. Por fin, los últimos capítulos de los desarrollos en el campo de medicina del sueño, y las direccions futuras era muy interesante.
Personalmente, recomendaría este libro para esos qué quieran aprender más del tratamiento psicológico por insomnio y que le gusten leer la evidencia academia en favor de terapia cognitivo conductual.
