I read this book in 1992 and it changed my view of reality forever. For me, it was life changing as I "enrolled" in the M.A.P. program, set up a team and engaged that team as my primary source of healing.
Eventually, working with the book, enriched my understanding of nature and how to co-create with nature spirits or devas as they are termed by Machaelle. From this point forward, the concepts in this book influenced not only my physical life but my creative projects. Machaelle uses the term "garden" to include any type of project or activity that one can build an energetic team of support with. Eventually, I was guided to co-write a book with an animal spirit, "Conversations with Mr. Kiki," via the infusion of the M.A.P. material into my life. For anyone, who is a spiritual explorer, interested in evolution and energetic healing, this book is definitely for you.

I've encountered many life-changing books in recent years, but this one beats them all (until the next one, perhaps, but I can't imagine what that book would be).

The point about this book is that it presents the key to obtaining an optimal, unique and all-encompassing form of healing carried out through your setting up "conings" involving participation of a White Brotherhood Medical Assistance team, specially selected for you, your higher self, the Overlighting Deva of healing and Pan, the two latter being representatives of Nature.

The primary hurdle for many is perhaps believing at all that these beings are real and prepared to enter into a partnership with them to help bring about their optimal health. It is also a prerequisite that you possess an adequate portion of self-worth, so you feel you're worthy of receiving these wonderful healings.

I can't find any definition of a "coning" in this book, though I've seen one in Machaelle's book "Co-creative science". As far as I understand/remember, it has to do with setting up a connection between various beings, perhaps at various levels, in this case beings representing both Nature and Humanity.

The White Brotherbood is defined as "a large group of highly evolved souls dedicated to assisting the evolutionary process of moving universal reality, principles, laws and patterns through all planes and levels of form".

All sorts of conings can be set up, but this book deals only with the Medical Assistance Programme, which is probably that which is most important for most of us.

During the first one-hour coning we are scanned, so our team can see exactly what kind of healing and adjustments we need and so our specialized team can be picked. Later sessions last only 40 minutes. During the sessions we need to talk continually , telling the team what we're feeling and thinking, and particularly what we specifically desire assistance with. The team needs to hear it from us, so they can understand our level of insight - they won't heal what we haven't asked them to heal.

The team can hear everything we say, but most of us will not be able to hear them. We can communicate with them by a basic kinesiology technique, whereby we can test whether they say yes or no to our questions. An explanation of how to perform this technique is included in the book.

The use of ETS Plus (Emergency Trauma Solution) is recommended in order to help integrate our healing, but it is not mandatory.

You don't need to be ill to benefit from MAP. The MAP team "works on your well-being from the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual perspective". It works on all levels simultaneously and "functions as a coordinated unit".

Dom't attempt to set up a coning before you read at least chapter 3, though I really feel you should try to read the rest of the book when you can.

What is called "the calibration process" is also explained in the book. It is intended to help you through times os stress and can be used in combination with MAP conings. Also, instructions are provided for surrogate conings for children, for emergency situations and working with professional MAP teams.

I'm sure that participating in the MAP programme will help prepare us for difficult times ahead (2012).

I strongly advise everyone who is open to the idea to read this book and initiate participation in the MAP programme.

I was recommended this book to work on for my healing journey and although it is a journey, I have found this to be helpful and kind of out there but for those who are willing to take the road less travelled, it’s a great way to do it.

I’ll be using it for years to come!

I read this book quite a while ago, but recently turned back to it again, to start a new project. For those interested in energy work and learning more about the etheric components of Nature, it's a really tight system for working with these things...The only major drawback is that the system/concepts are initially hard to appreciate intellectually (it can feel overwhelming), and if one hasn't opened up to their sensitivity enough to experience it directly, then the process would seem useless. In my own experience the process helped to stream-line personal energy work, and I also appreciate that it includes co-creation with the intelligences behind nature.

As with Perelandra, an energy work system by the same author devoted to gardening, what starts out as a powerful and interesting system gets carried away in over-elaboration. Worthwhile, but just try the basics first.

To its credit, the basics here are very easy and accessible and totally achievable by anyone that wishes to conduct an experiment with the method, as I plan to.

In MAP, Wright has pulled together many strings of healing into a cohesive and simple process. She describes the angelic realms and healing as exactly what they are--accessible to all who work within their own being to drawn down their power. Her work combining communication from MAP helpers with kinesiology and flower essences to promote healing is phenomenal.

This book looked fascinating, but never have I read any book that talked so much about how wonderful a certain method is without explaining how to do it. I can tell a lot was left out here if there is anything to the system that's being discussed. I'm at a loss to explain how this book could be useful at all without some other info of some kind.

I did a few MAP sessions. There are other, easier ways to heal. I did two map sessions because I had a client that was doing them. Again, there are much easier ways to heal.

The MAP coning process, as detailed in this book, has saved my ass so many times. However, it's a slow process of healing - I've used MAP since 2000 and I've had very few dramatic sessions although the effects of doing multiple sessions on various issues have been powerful. It's a slower process because it honours free will and it relies on your feedback in the session to the team verbally to move to the next step (as I understand it). It's really easy to get distracted or go to sleep etc and then it will feel like maybe not much has happened.
You really do have to follow the steps as Machaelle outlines and not change anything.
I've used it with loads of issues on physical, emotional, mental levels.
I don't hear or see my team. I feel things sometimes. I use kineaseology as taught by Perelandra to communicate with my team while in the coning.
Really, you have to try this to understand it. It's a really great resource when you don't have money to do advanced / faster healing techniques, with practitioners you may or may not fully trust. It just feels slower and maybe less radical (at least for me). But that doesn't mean nothing's happening.
ETS+ is also really valuable, for the first ten or so years I was doing MAP it wasn't available, but I have definitely seen the benefits of using ETS on its own so it makes sense to use it with MAP to stabilise the work.

This book is absolutely bananas. I did my scanning session yesterday, and definitely had an experience. It was subtle, and I think it helped that I've been working on developing my subtle senses prior to -- something definitely happened. I'm looking forward to getting to know my MAP team and seeing where this takes me.

Quite the interesting read. I am looking forward to trying out the techniques in this book. Health when it comes to balance with Planet Earth and the Universe is key for my interest. One must always keep an open mind.

Very very outdated title! I even had a hard time with it back in the 90s when I read it. But the information was good and I loved Perelandra. Her methods work.
