As CEO of my family’s brewing empire, I’ve had one dream, to build my own legacy. Fifteen minutes ago, the one woman I can’t stand marched her perfect, uptight backside into my boardroom and stole it from me. Amelia Blanc, heir to the Blanc wine fortune and now…my new business partner.
I’ve known about the Blanc family for years and I’ve done my fair share of stoking the rumor fire surrounding their unethical behavior. Like when I lost it at my brother’s wedding reception and made a few not so tasteful accusations to her face in front of everyone.
So imagine my surprise, when after apologizing to her and thinking we’ve called a truce, I walk into my boardroom and see her standing there with a pearly white smile plastered on her face that says: I win.
If she wants to win by going behind my back and convincing my father that she deserves this business partnership with Slade Brewing…Game on sweetheart.
But the more I get to know her, the more I realize that uptight facade of hers is, begging to be unraveled. She’s sexy and tempting, a delicate flower that makes me want to forget being a gentleman and show her how a real man could make her feel.
So when she gives me that look, the one that has me thinking thoughts I have no business thinking…all bets are off. One minute we’re hating each other, the next she’s in my arms, in my bed…and carrying my baby.
As much as I’d like to think our hate turned to love with no hiccups, there’s something she doesn’t know. Something that could shatter her heart. Something I've been too ashamed to tell her.
It’s crazy how one look can change everything. And one secret can destroy it all.

5 star**** One taste is all it took... This cowboy is a CEO of a Brewery Company that's been in his family for generations. Trent has a dream of leaving a legacy of his own, like his ancestors before, problem is the board won't approve. This handsome drop-dead gorgeous cowboy however becomes torn when he has to accept defeat when the board go into business with Blanc Wines, crushing his lifelong dream. Amelia worked hard to bring her family legacy back to life, Blanc Wines is rightfully hers now and she has major plans, however she's also broken hearted. Amelia and Trent start off very rocky, their story starts off with the typical boy wants to hate girl, so he treats her bad because he secretly likes her but don't want to admit he likes her. Trent and Amelia have a very strong attraction, their chemistry is off the charts and their power to control, and drive is even hotter. This is a really cute story of falling in love, of embracing what you need and fighting for what you really want and can't live without because life if too short. I absolutely loved this book. Wowsa this book was absolutely fantastic and had me enthralled from the beginning until the end and the storyline flowed throughout the book. Trent is ceo of Slade brewing and doesn't care to much for Amelia Blanco owner of blanc winery but when he is around her he can't fight his feelings for her but when he puts up one heck of front but will something happen to change his mind about her or will he forever keep fighting his feelings for her? Fantastic book with all the right feels.

First OMG!!! I never expected Trent to be soo freaking awesome and in touch with his feelings. Those Slade man are out of this world.! I loved Trent, I had my issues with Amelia, but this is a book that is not like the others and I needed this switch. Their relationship evolves from enemies to lovers (if you can call them that). How they work through their issues and how Trent took charge….. 😍😍😍. I love this series and I have to say that I was not expecting Trent to be so possessive and knowing what he wanted, how he wanted it and when he wanted it. I guess thats what makes him a great CEO. Amelia was a tricky one but Im so happy that she worked through her issues and seeked help. I love this couple and cant wait for more. You def need to grab a copy and read it.
wow this book was sooo good, def kept my attention and sucked me in right away Amelia and Trent's connection was fire Love vs Hate such a weird emotion and yet so close to the same Trent was such an amazing guy, after you get past him being a jerk bcc he didn't know how to handle his emotions and feelings
Alexis winter is an amazing author and cant wait to read more of her books :)
I loved this book. This is the second book in the new generation of the Slade’s and what a good book. I loved how romantic it was as well as being incredibly sexy. The characters are realistic and the writing pulls you into their world.

Oh Wow! Amelia Blanc and Trent Slade two powerful beings in their own right, legacy's which matter to both. Together they form a business venture that leads to so much more than either could imagine. A wonderful read with Everything going for it. Drama, relationships past and present and how they navigate throughout. Sexy times galore!!! The reader will fall in love all over again.

Alexis Winter continues to entertain us with the Slade second generation books. Trent and Amelia may have a rocky start to their relationship, but by the end, they are living their dream. Like all the previous Slade Brothers books, this is a must read.
Holy moly this book was so wonderful!! This is book 2 in a new series by Alexis and wow the men in this series are so wonderfully alpha and Trent is definitely one hot and sexy alpha hero. This delightful enemies to lovers book was so well written and I was hooked from the first page. Trent and Amelia are so perfect for each other and they have a wonderful hot chemistry. This book was definitely a five star read and I look forward reading more from it. I received this book as an arc for my honest opinion.
I get chills every time Trent calls Amelia “my woman” – yep, I have a crush! Ms. Winter can write some of the most deliciously naughty scenes and the dirty-talking alpha cowboy thing… Oh. My. Word! My Kindle has steam rising from it. But it is also funny, poignant at times but always passionate. Trent Slade is the 33yo CEO of Slade Brewing and has a desire to leave his mark on his family’s brewing company like his father and grandfather before him. He wanted his legacy to be a line of Slade wines, but he was shot down when it was mentioned. Now comes along 30yo Amelia Blanc and her family’s successful wine company to take what he thought he wanted. Not going to happen. Doesn’t matter that he’s highly attracted to Amelia. Amelia has been hurt by a cheating Ex so she’s standoffish but very susceptible to the Slade charm. They figuratively circle each other until Bam! Chapter 2 at her car in the parking lot is only one among many sizzling scenes. Of course, there will be secrets that come out at the most inopportune time, but read this book if you like satisfying HEA’s. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book through Booksprout.
I actually really enjoy these short little reads. They are spicy and quick and there is no obscenely long slow burn which I enjoy but have to be in the mood for. The books in this series are filthy 🤣 and I can’t complain.
No one tells the tale of that look and feeling of love as well as Alexis Winter. And, no family demonstrates the positive impact of that look and feeling of love more than the Slade family of Grand Lake, Colorado. Now, the next generation is stepping up, influenced by the strong men and loving women of their family and ready to take the reins of operating the brewery and ranch, carrying the family name into the next generation. The 3rd generation family brewery has spread from being a regional distillery to a national entity, offering its original whiskey, and now, offering beers and seltzers—with the younger generation at the helm, other changes are coming.
The parents of the current generation of brothers and their cousins found love and happiness with their wives and now grown children. Eldest brother, patriarch, and CEO Drake and Celeste, wife and company lawyer, have chosen to step back from the day-to-day operations of the Slade holdings. Their tall, handsome sons, Tyler and Trent, with the help of their uncles and many cousins, are to handle the family’s distillery and ranch concerns. Tyler will manage the ranch while his younger brother, Trent, will be taking the leadership position at the brewery.
And, as the next generation begins to handle the challenges and opportunities that have been handed over to them, there are natural moments of tension. Older brother Tyler is fearful that Slade brand, a regional success, will lose both its audience and its integrity as the family business attempts to gain national recognition. But the company’s award winning, powerhouse director of communications and Tyler’s wife, Brooklyn Dyer-Slade has crafted a promotional campaign, featuring Brooklyn’s own cowboy husband performing the required chores of the ranch, naturally conveys the company’s brand, and becomes the embodiment of the brand’s message and capturing its target audience—rugged, independent men and the women who love them.
Now, Tyler’s younger brother, Trent, recently named CEO, has been handed the company’s reigns by patriarch, Drake. And grateful of the next level growth his dad has brought to the family business, Trent is ready to begin crafting his own legacy by building on the national recognition, introducing a new product to reach a new audience with a new product—wines—marketed to appeal to a more eclectic audience’s sophistication. But if wines were to be added to the Slade offerings, the challenge would be to acquire an established line of wines that could meet the high standards that Slade had established with its original products.
Years earlier, a small high-quality line of wines established by a French family, Blancs, premier winemakers for decades, who had relocated to the Pacific Northwest, decided to retire, sold their small family winery to a large conglomerate which soon divested the winery. Eventually, the daughter of the family, Amelia Blanc, who recently relocated to a small Colorado town near the Grand Lake, Colorado—Slade territory, re-purchased her heritage. And when former CEO and dad, Drake, without Trent’s knowledge, makes overtures to Amelia Blanc with the intent of forming a partnership, Trent feels that Fate has wronged him. He sees his dreams of leaving his mark on the family beverage enterprise being undercut by a woman who tugs at his heart. The question he must answer is which is more important to his life—his heart or his dreams of a legacy.
It is not necessary to have read any of the previous novels involving the Slade family—but after reading one brother or child’s story, why not read the others? And, as Winters again invites her reading audience into the world of the Slade family of Grand Lake, Colorado she teases the reader’s heart and imagination offering a bevy of handsome and beautiful family members in possession of fortunes and definitely in need of a wives or husbands.
I purchased a copy of this romance with Kindle and am already anticipating the next tale of the Slade family. I hope there will be future tales of love the feature Trent and Tyler’s cousins.
Super steamy with just the right amount of drama, Trent and Amelia’s book is utterly addictive and swoonworthy. Their story begins with them being at odds given she’s the owner of her own winery, and he’s the CEO of his family’s beverage brand and his own father wants to make a deal to merge their businesses together. They’ve got a brief history of unpleasantness, so from the get-go there’s a bit of hostility. However, there’s also a lot of palpable physical tension, and when they start realizing this is when the story starts to get very interesting.
I’m seriously wowed by Trent’s character. I just didn’t expect him to be so completely imperfectly perfect. He’s got his faults, but he’s got these other qualities that more than make up for them. I love a hero that can frustrate me but then make me fall in love with him, and that’s how Trent is for me. And despite occasionally frustrating me herself, Amelia is such a sweetheart. She’s both tough and vulnerable, and I adore a strong, in-charge heroine. Together, these two have some fierce spiciness, and the way they play off each other adds to their connection.
This book gets to the point pretty early on, and I love it for that. Don’t get me wrong. Sometimes I love a good slow burn, but then sometimes I want to see more of what happens when the main characters finally come together. That’s what we get in this book and seeing how their relationship develops with all its ups and downs and uncertainties was exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed the level of drama between Trent and Amelia, too. It furthered the storyline along just right and kept it all very interesting.
I’m loving this new generation of Slades, and Trent and Amelia’s story is quite possibly my new favorite in both the original and new series that feature this family. This book is a must read smalltown, workplace romance, and I can’t wait to see what else is in store next for the Slades.
That Lookby Alexis Winter is the second book in theSlade BrothersNext Generation Spin-off series, focusing on Drake’s other son Trent Slade, younger brother to Tyler. In this Enemies to Lovers we find out what happens when Trent and Amelia are made to work in close proximity, through their dual POVs.
Considering what transpired between Trent and Amelia at the end ofThat Feeling,it was safe to assume that their story was definitely going to have some explosions of sorts.
When it came to following along Trent and Amelia in their journey, Alexis created a fulfilling narrative that kept the story moving from the continuous ongoing running flow.
Despite the story being an Enemies to Lovers trope, it didn’t really feel that way. Especially when you took into account the budding relationship they shared, given the exploration of it that took place throughout. From the get go you could feel the underlining tension that came from Trent and Amelia's growing attraction and chemistry shared. Even with their back and forth, it was always there. And as they continued to be in each other’s presence, you could feel the heat growing hotter. Until eventually it led to some explosive fireworks given the steam they delivered.
However that’s not to say the story wasn’t without its ups and downs, considering the positions of where Trent and Amelia stood. Not only in their business life, but also their personal lives too. Creating a rocky terrain the two travelled upon from having to work out their problems. Particularly on Amelia’s side due to prior issues she still continued to carry.
Alexis Winter definitely delivered with Trent and Amelia’s story in being filled with romance, drama that caused tension paving the way for some suspenseful moments. Leading to some surprises. Overall makingThat Lookanother good read that you come to expect from Alexis and her Contemporary Romance.
Alexis Winter did it again with this one. That Look is an enemies/lover's troupe and the second book in The Slade Brothers second generation series, and it did not disappoint. Once again you get to see all the Slades from the first series and see what's going on in their world.
Trent Slade is the CEO of Slade Brewery. He wants nothing but to build a legacy of his own in the company just like his dad and grandfather did, but when he brought the idea of doing a Slade wine his idea was shot down. In comes Amelia Blanc CEO of Blanc wines and has made a business deal with Trent's dad about testing 3 types of wine in the company. Trent feels betrayed and is a little angry and he has no problem letting it show. But at the same time is extremely attracted to her and can't seem to stay away from her. Amelia is a strong independent woman who has struggled with her business and personal life, she recently left her fiancé of 5yrs as she found him cheating on her and is struggling with trust issues (as she should) but also struggles with being extremely attracted to Trent.
When they get together the chemistry is off the charts. Trent is a gentleman outside the bedroom, but in the bedroom is the total opposite and has a mouth that can make your panties melt. When Amelia and Trent get together for the first time, she's hooked but struggles with the insecurities from her ex that she tries to put Trent in the friendzone let's just say that didn't last too long.
That Look is a heartwarming story, that deals with the sensitive topic of cheating, keeping secrets, and building trust. Not to worry though you do get your HEA.

I received this ebook ARC, from the author, on the condition that I write an honest review. Alexis Winter always writes books, that have me hooked, from the first sentence. Her books are always entertaining, and heartfelt. This book in particular, is a story, about a second generation member of the Slade family. Trent is the son of Drake and Celeste Slade. Amelia is the daughter of a couple who owned a wine company, a company that was bought out, and Amelia used all her funds to get the company back. Trent is CEO of Slade beer company, and gets upset that his father is hiring Amelia’s wine company to join their beer company. Trent had insulted Amelia at Tyler and Brooklyn’s wedding, so there is bad blood between them. Amelia gets the board to accept her into the Slade company. Trent was not happy at first, but his attraction to Amelia, changes his mind. Amelia is a strong woman , owner of Blanc wines, and is now going to design wines to be produced by Slade company. Slowly, a relationship develops between Trent and Amelia. Amelia is scared to trust Trent, after her last relationship ended dramatically. Trent is persistent, and the couple become serious about their relationship. An unplanned pregnancy occurs, and more drama occurs, but eventually the couple admits their true feelings. They make a trip to France, to visit with her parents, and while there, Trent proposes to Amelia, and she accepts. He gives her an excellent present, as an engagement surprise, and they finally reach their HEA. I truly enjoyed this book, as I have all the previous books in the Slade series, and highly recommend this book, and the rest of the series.
Holy Hotness Trent! Trent wasn’t that interesting to me in That Feeling but I guess he was just waiting for his own book to steal the show! If you read That Feeling you are familiar with Trent being the Slade second gen, but also Amelia, the owner of Blanc Wines. We saw at the end of that book Trent screaming at Amelia about her family being a sell out. Much to his surprise, Amelia worked out a deal and Slade Brewery is working with Blanc Wines. They had a very rocky start and are very much enemies but there is this pull that makes them gravitate toward each other. Once something happens between them, Trent is not willing to go back to enemies.
This is very much a “he falls first '' story and I LOOVE that. We don’t always need these men who swear off relationships for life in every story. I really enjoyed how Trent was this major alpha in the bedroom but a big softie when it came to his feelings. Amelia was actually the one constantly running from things. Trent is willing to do whatever it takes to fight to get Amelia to see how good they are together. But a huge surprise changes everything for them. Is this a problem they can’t solve together? Or is this the beginning of their HEA?
As always, this is a well written story by Alexis. It has characters you can love and relate to and we also get to see their character growth. I don’t know which brother will get their story next, but I am really hoping it is Ranger!
Revisiting the Slade family is like catching up with old friends even though this is a standalone book. Trent Slade was the second son of the Slade family, his eldest brother, Tyler, didn't want to take on the mantle of Slade Brewing so it fell to his younger brother Trent. Trent enjoyed being CEO, he had a dream of introducing Slade wines thus leaving a legacy as had his father and grandfather before him, he was devastated when his idea was turned down by the board, and he felt betrayed when the same board went on to introduce Blanc wines. Beautiful, sophisticated Amelia Blanc was the owner of Blanc Winery, the winery had faced problems but Amelia had worked hard to get it back on track, she was delighted to have the chance to work with Slade Brewing, she wasn't to know that she was shattering Trent''s dream. Ruggedly handsome Trent treated Amelia appallingly, he knew that he shouldn't but he couldn't stop himself, despite this he was strangely attracted to her. Amelia was also attracted to Trent but she wasn't looking for a relationship, she had been hurt badly by her last partner and had serious trust issues. This story follows the journey of Amelia and Trent, the magnetic attraction that is off the scale, the fights, the secrets, the lack of communication, the wonderful family support and of course the HEA.

This is the 2nd book in the Slade 2nd generation series. This book is an enemies to lovers story.
Trent is the CEO of his family business, he would like to leave a legacy much like his father and grandfather did before him. But his idea's to start a wine branch of the company are not heard. Amelia has recently bought back her family winery and is looking to promote the company. She approaches the Slade's to strike up a deal, where they sell the wine to help her promote her company. Trent and Amelia do not hit it off at first, especially when Trent throws accusations at her about her company. However, there is a connection between them that neither of them can deny, which ends up with them spending the night together.
However, Amelia realises that she is not ready to jump into another relationship so soon after her heart was broken by her ex-fiancé and she tells Trent that they cannot be together. But even though they agree to remain friends, it seems their attraction is difficult to resist no matter how hard they try. Trent is determined to turn their friendship into something more, but will Amelia be willing to take their relationship further when she finds out Trent was the one set against her company joining with his families company in the beginning.
I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it.

Trent is CEO of the Slade Brewing, taken over from his dad and with a dream of leaving his own legacy, he wants to take a path towards wine.
Amelia is determined to rebuild her family's legacy. After her parents sold the winery, they sold it and turned it into something that had been a disgrace. Working hard, Amelia approach Drake Slade about working together.
Trent's feelings for Amelia are all over the place, but he covers it up with distaste and anger when he sees her at his brother's engagement party. Having to work with her, the evolve and to more.
Amelia is drawn to Trent, even though she does not want to. She tries to get over her ex, after believing he was the one, she was side blinded when he cheated on her. Needing to find her closure, she hopes to have a relationship at some point with Trent.
Oh, Amelia and Trent's story is a whorl wind of emotions, dreams and changing the path of what legacy they want to leave. I love getting lost in their story and did not want to put it down. Together the passion is hot, the chemistry is explosive and connection between Amelia and Trent set off fireworks every time they were near each other.

Another amazing steamy read by AW. She did an awesome job giving us Trent’s story.
Trent is Tyler’s (from THAT FEELING) younger brother and he is the hotheaded funny charming CEO brother. But make no mistake he’s still a deliciously hot dirty talking cowboy!
Trent falls for his work nemesis Amelia Blanc, a wine maker/vineyard owner. A deal between Blanc wines and Salde Brewery has them working together.
And boy is their chemistry off the charts from the start. These 2 had that physical connection right that was undeniable. Even when Amelia was doing her best to put herself out there and be with Trent. But that swoony man just never gave up and eventually won her over.
The steam?? Phew! It is hot hot hot! Rough, dirty, protective domineering and a lot sweet. Trent is a sexy beast. I mean on, he says things like “That’s right, baby. Sit on daddy’s lap.” Clean up on aisle sis, cause I am melted!
Trent is super swoony. He has a little mishap, but man he handles it like a champ. I’d forgive him anything!
This is def a great continuation of the Slade Family Series. It’s bursting with steam, the hood kind with lots of really good dirty talk. I couldn’t get enough of it. Total page turner!
Those Slade boys are at it again- being the total package and bringing big heat to the bedroom, office or even barn 😉
That Look is the second book in the Slades second generation series by Alexis Winter and oh boy- Drake and Celeste Slade did something right with their boys because they are ❤🔥
I had a really good time reading Trent and Amelia's book- I was so excited to dive in, especially after the commotion Trent made at Tyler and Brooklyn's engagement party. I really enjoyed the enemies to coworkers to lovers scenerio that these two had going on. Amelia is fresh out of a bad relationship and solely focused on re-establishing her family's wine company. She doesn't realize that in doing that she made an enemy out of Trent Slade and his secret desire to create a wine branch within the Slade Brewing Co. or the tensions that will arise when they partner their companies together on a project. Her past relationship left her wounded and unable to trust in her instincts causing a few bumps along the way.
Trent was an interesting and kind of complex guy- he loves the numbers and all that goes into being the CEO of Slade Brewing but he can also seamlessly move into a day working on the ranch with Tyler. He wants to create a family and a legacy and has no problem sharing that. But the most fun shock isn't that he is a bit of a hothead and can fly off with his emotions but that he can and will admit when he was wrong and apologize.
The heat that erupts when these two stop fighting it and "get down to business" is phenomenal- Trent is passionate and a bit dirty like his brother though his has a slightly softer edge that I think stems from him generally being a more fun person. There isn't a ton of drama in their story despite them originally starting off as enemies but their relationship definitely has some ups and downs to keep things interesting.
I'm really loving this new generation of Slades and can't wait for some of the other Slades to start making their way to HEA.
Fantastic story. Am loving this second generation of Slade stories Trent & Amelia's love hate, will they won't they had me hooked from the start. Although they really disliked each other at the beginning well him more than her when he eventually apologised to her for his previous behaviour they agreed to leave it in the past but it wasn't as easy as they expected. The sexual chemistry between them was off the charts & they both tried to stay away from each other at work but eventually they caved in leading to steamy, sassy, emotional times between them mainly because Amelia had been hurt in the past & was scared of ruining anything she could have with Trent but it took a bit of time & drama before they could have a happy ever after if she just gave them a chance. It's lovely reading the other characters & how they are all related & connected from the other books I can't wait to read whoever the next story is about.

The Slade Brothers have that look about them that says "sexy & hot". Trent is one of those brothers who gets hot around the collar & can blow a fuse but around Amelia, he doesn't mince words about his feelings & thoughts. She's on a mission to resurrect her family's wine business & even though the Slade family only brews beer, all but one (Trent), agree to buy into the wine business & branch out. With Trent & Amelia working together, he finds himself always seeking her out, pouring on the charm. They have a whirlwind romance & with some bumps along the way, they manage to have their HEA. All of their dreams come true! Come follow the journey of one (or all) of the Slade Brothers, whether the current second generation or the last series of the first generation - each novel has the good feels of a family sticking together & opening their arms for the new women who capture each of the brothers' hearts.

Fighting A Losing Battle Of Their Hearts - Trent was always antagonising Amelia every time they met, to overcome his mixed feelings towards her. Amelia on the other hand was still reeling from the betrayal of her ex-boyfriend and this made her apprehensive about entering into a relationship. They find themselves in a friends with benefits relationship, but this gets complicated when feelings get involved and they receive some life changing news. It would take Trent’s patience and his bold romantic gestures, to help Amelia realise that they are meant to be together.
It was an entertaining, gripping, heart pumping read, that left me breathless and on the edge of my seat. Each page turn had me on tenterhooks hoping they would get their act together and this left me craving more of the story, by the time I reached the end.

Trent Slade, CEO of Slade Distillaries, has a problem with Amelia Blanc of Blanc Wineries. He feels that she wants to force herself into his family business. At first, he is mean and is cruel to her. But the truth is that he is attracted to her. Once they get past their differences there sex is off the charts. She cares for him, too. But she has been hurt before and has trust issues. She's afraid of getting hurt and losing her heart. Trent can be rough around the edges, but when he loves someone, he's all in. Great story of these two strong-willed people who love what their businesses mean to them. But also have strong feelings for each other. I really enjoyed the chemistry these two have for each other and how Alexis brings out their flaws and insecurities. Their love for each other is strong, but can it work? You have to read this love story.
I just loved the Slade Brother series and I am really loving this new Slade Brothers Second Generation series. This new book is absolutely fabulous! Trent Slade is the CEO of Slade Breweries and Amelia Blanc is trying to re-establish her family’s winery. There is an instant and intense attraction between these two but a lot of animosity from Trent as he wants to establish his own wines as his legacy to Slade Brewery. He feels that Amelia is trying to steal his dream when she and her winery become business partners with Slade Brewery. Amelia has major trust issues which cause turmoil. There is dirty sex talk, sexual tension, steamy love scenes and so much love. This is an enemies to lovers romance that will keep you heated and reflecting on the story long after the last page is turned. That Look is book 2 in the Slade Brothers Second Generation series. This book features Trent Slade who is the CEO of Slade Breweries and Amelia Blanc who rebought her familys wine business and starts a partnership with Slade Breweries. There is an instant attraction between the two of them even though Trent doesn't fully trust her. They eventually learn to work together and trust each other. I loved the original Slade family and I'm enjoying reading about the second generation. I love Trent, he is quite alpha but also not afraid to show his feelings. I also like how he fell for her first which doesn't happen too often in stories. If ypu like an enemies to lovers story with hot chemistry, steam, love and an HEA then this book is for you.

That look is the second book in the series of The Slade brothers 2nd Gen and it has me hooked. This is Trent's story. He doesn't like Amelia Blanc, but is very attracted to her.He said some awful things to her which he regrets. He goes to apologise to hrr and she accepts his apology. When he learns they will be working together he is not happy. I really enjoyed their enemies to lovers story with a HEA.It is everything that happens in between and how they overcome their differences and manage to work out everything and be on the same side. There is also the family closeness, banter and involvement which makes it all even better. Already looking forward to the next book in the series by one of my favourite authors🥰 Alexis thank you once again for another great read which i could not put down😁 I was given an ARC of this book by the Author and am voluntarily leaving a review.
That Look brings another couple to happiness. Alexis Winter has a genuine heart for a good story. The Slade family works hard to keep their business going for future family members. Trent has always wanted to be the one to start a wine division.
