This is the second book in this series but it can be read as a standalone. Fast-paced dark paranormal read with loads of drama, suspense and sizzling scenes. Great world building with plenty of sizzling scenes. Rex rescues Gracelyn as a child and show her a whole new world, that day he rescued her, she gives him her loyalty. Will another draw her away? Entertaining read. I liked it.

I don't even know where to start with this book. This book had me hooked by the end of chapter 2 and next thing i knew five hours went by and i was on chapter 22. The emotional tug-of-war the love triangle had on my heart. This book has a great plot to spice ratio. I really liked the plot. Fell in love with character A just for character B to make me feel ashamed to love character A but then fell in love with character B and then back to A. My stomach was in knots towards the end of this book. Don't get me started on the spice. This book made me blush and I go through spicy books as if you were to give a person in hell ice water okay. I have not read a book that made my physically flush in a long long time. This book had me slamming my kindle shut at work like I had something to hide. I think I have emotional whiplash. Its hard to write a review with out spoilers. If your reading this review looking for your next read just read the first 3 chapters and you wont be able to put it down. I got to read this book for free through kindle unlimited but will be buying a physical copy as well. I have to have this on my shelf!

I enjoyed Rex & Gracelyn’s book. It was a suspenseful, intriguing read. And am voluntarily leaving my review.
