I really enjoyed reading this! Carissa has had a hard life. She found an extra job as a "waitress", but it turns out it was a job to display food on her body and let people eat it off her (nyotaimori). She meets Cruz and a misunderstanding happens. Cruz is attracted to her instantly but doesn't see her for months.

When they meet again, they fall in love. And lust. It was a really sweet instalove book with lots of cute and steamy moments. I liked it! Four stars.

This one can be read in under an hour or so Carissa hasn’t had a life on easy street in fact she is no stranger to hard work or working hard for what to take care of herself, she will do what she needs to do to ensure her sister continue to attend college so taking on another job thinking she will be working as a waitress but come to find out she is the table or correction her body is the table for the presentation of the food and it is eaten off it a tab bit embarrassing but needing the job she allows it. Cruz sexy as all get out older man very large towering over most who isn’t a stranger to getting what he wants or working for what he wants and the moment he sets eyes on the presentation it isn’t the food he is interested in it is the women after a misunderstanding she all but disappears. Once they take a moment to get to know each other the attraction is insanely intense and the magnetic pull between them isn’t going anywhere in fact the more they are around each other the stronger the pull giving into that pull but where will it lead them, will she find one job that will take care of her sister as well as herself, and can the find happiness?.

Cute and sugary sweet

I hate when books don't have much description except some obscure details so here goes: it's the story of Cruz and Carissa. She takes a waitress job in her many trials to help pay for her sister's college tuition. There she meets a very big business man who, unable to control his reaction to her, gets her fired. But this wasn't his intention and there go three months of obsession when he does everything to find her.

Their second meeting is very sweet and their coming together just as lovely. There is no drama here, just a few moments when Carissa must state her independence (which I loved and appreciate), all is about their size difference, their falling in love and the hot moments. Not much of a dirty talk, but it's pretty nice.

All in all, I liked this story a lot, for such a small book it was packed with all the good stuff.

Carissa Abbott got a job as a server at a private party. Only when she arrives there, something doesn't add up, and she ends up fired.
As soon as Cruz Stanton sees Carissa, he wants her. He wants her for him, only him, and needs to get her out of there.
A misunderstanding makes Cruz lose her when she disappears, and he spends the next months searching for her.
Now that he found her by a miracle, he won't have her disappear again.

Don't think by my rating that I didn't like the story. I felt it was missing something, and some parts were too fast to be believable. But, in general, it was entertaining and had an original plot. I think this is one of those books many will love, and it simply didn't resonate with me.

This short story features Cruz and Carissa. She takes a waitress job trying to help pay for her sister's college tuition and there she meets a very big businessman who unintentionally gets her fired. This unfortunate event is followed by three months of obsession when he does everything to find her and finally their second meeting where they come together. There is not much drama, it’s all about their size difference, their falling in love and the hot moments. All in all, I liked this story a lot.

This story was so intense from the moment Cruz met Clarissa. I love a short story but I felt this skimmed over a lot because of it.
I still loved the story and their passion and is a great read if you want something quick.
