The Big Fraud: What Democrats Don’t Want You to Know about January 6, the 2020 Election, and a Whole Lot Else

Rate this book
“A Must Read for All Americans.” —Donald J. Trump

The Big Fraud tells the true story of how Democrats got away with rigging the 2020 election and orchestrating a sham impeachment around January 6, all in an attempt to destroy President Trump and continue the globalist takeover of America.

From riots in the summer of 2020 to COVID-19 lockdowns and mandates, the establishment and progressive elite were determined to destroy Donald Trump by any means necessary.

Congressman Troy E. Nehls sets the record straight with his firsthand account of confronting rioters at the Chamber doors on January 6 and investigating as part of Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy’s January 6 committee team.

This is, without a doubt, the most important book you will read. Written by a U.S. Congressman who was really there, and starting off inside the Supreme Court as it was breached while they were discussing auditing the 2020 election, the book then goes into a grim detailed timeline of voter fraud throughout history (some of which will surprise you). The book looks at the moments up to the breach, and concludes with the unnecessary murder of Ashli Babbitt. All facts (complete with sources to back them up), this should be read by every American.

January 6, 2021. It was only Troy E. Nehls's third day on the job as a freshman congressman. He had no indication there was any serious threat to the Capitol, despite a staff bulletin from the House Administration Committee saying that only essential staff should come to work that day. He figured it was just one more COVID restriction.

What did worry Nehls was the threat to the integrity of our precious right to vote.
He was convinced there were massive and unprecedented voter irregularities and anomalies in Pennsylvania and Arizona, but also Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia. So he decided to object to the electoral votes on his third day in Congress.

The former Texas lawman wasn’t alone. There were a record number of objectors: six Republicans in the Senate and 121 Republicans in the House. Just to put those numbers in perspective, in 2001 a handful of Democrats in the House officially objected to the election of George Bush, but no Democrat senators joined them. (And so, given the rules, if at least one senator and one representative do not formally object, the Joint Session of Senate and House then go on to certify the electoral votes.) In the 2005 objection only one Democrat senator would officially object, and in the consequent voting, only thirty-one Democrats in the House voted against certification. In 2017, House Democrats objected to the electoral votes of Donald Trump, but again, no Democrat senator would join them. It was a big jump from these numbers to six senators and 121 members of the House in January 2021.

At approximately 1:00pm the speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, began the proceedings to certify the Electoral College vote at a joint session of Congress alongside Vice President Mike Pence.
They commenced the slow, official affirmation of electoral votes, state by state, beginning with Alabama. There were no objections until they hit Arizona at which point the Joint Session of Congress then split for separate deliberation and debate.

Deliberation and debate was cut short in both chambers because a rampaging mob had breached the capitol building.

Note that the author initially refused to depart when security asked him to leave the House floor because he wanted to help the Capitol Police - his brothers and sisters in blue. Contrast this with AOC who cowered in her office crapper frightened by a policeman knocking on her office door. He merely wanted to help evacuate her from the Cannon Building which was not even under attack.

After many hours, Nehls and his colleagues went back to work. Speaker Nancy Pelosi called the House to order at 9:02 p.m. It turned out to be a very long night. All the objections would be heard, in due and lawful order, as would all the responses to those objections. But it was clear that the violent attack on the Capitol had taken the wind out of the sails of the legitimate effort by Republicans to question the validity of the 2020 election. In the end, eight US Senators and 139 House of Representative members voted against certifying the election. The House adjourned at 3:48 a.m., January 7th, with Joseph Biden’s election now certified by Congress.

The riot undermined the possibility of any congressional investigation into election fraud. Because an unprecedented number of senators and representatives objected based upon a multitude of election irregularities, if the protestors had remained peaceful, then there might have been a congressionally mandated committee set up to scrutinize those irregularities. But the peaceful protest turned riot assured the legitimate and lawful objections brought against the electoral votes in Arizona and Pennsylvania would later be dismissed, tainted by the unlawful and violent actions of a few.

Troy Nehls writes to set the record straight about what really happened on January 6th and what set the stage for it.

He unpacks a lot of evidence. He gives us a history lesson on Reconstruction and the Jim Crow South to establish which political party actually holds a long-standing identification with voter suppression, fraud, and disenfranchisement.

"In a speech in October of 1876, General Martin Gray (disgustingly) summed up his approach in one sentence: 'South Carolina is a white man’s State, and in spite of nigger majorities the Democrats are going to rule it.' "

Nehls recounts more words of "wisdom " from General Gray in regards to suppressing voters who opposed Democrat rule:

"Every Democrat must feel honor bound to control the vote of at least one negro, by intimidation, purchase, keeping him away or as each individual may determine, how he may best accomplish it."

"Never threaten a man individually if he deserves to be threatened, the necessities of the times require that he should die. A dead Radical is very harmless—a threatened Radical or one driven off by threats from the scene of his operations is often very troublesome, sometimes dangerous, always vindictive."

Of course back in those days, resolutions without action were considered play acting. The General's words led to results. Look up the Hamburg Massacre. It was a riot in the American town of Hamburg, South Carolina, in July 1876, leading up to the last election season of the Reconstruction Era. It was the first of a series of civil disturbances planned and carried out by white Democrats in the majority-black Republican Edgefield District, with the goal of suppressing black Americans' civil rights and voting rights and disrupting Republican meetings, through actual and threatened

After Federal troops were removed from occupation duties in the South the Reconstruction Era came to an end. At that point Democrats could ease up on violence, intimidation, and fraud and begin "legal" methods of disenfranchising voters.

Nehls writes about how the Democrats installed the REAL Jim Crow regime - from poll taxes to literacy tests.

He also gives us an overview of the corrupt Democrat Party organizations north of the Mason-Dixon line ranging from Tammany Hall to the Daley Machine. These outfits demonstrate a long history of using a variety of dirty tricks to steal elections.

That’s why the charge of multiple violations of voting integrity in the 2020 election are so believable: today's violations are in full continuity with the Democrat Party’s past. They fit a long-standing pattern
of shenanigans like not purging voting rolls of dead or ineligible voters so ballots could be filled out in their names, or using felons to vote, or ballot box stuffing, or (here's a recent favorite) using bulk absentee voting as a means of illegally jacking up the vote.

We also know that there have been multiple presidential elections where Democrat fraud and voter suppression or intimidation were demonstrable and significant, oftentimes leading to victory as with Andrew Jackson (1828), James Polk (1844), Grover Cleveland (1884), and John Kennedy (1960).

There are also those elections where it was demonstrable and significant, even though it didn’t lead to Democrat victory, as with the two elections of Lincoln and in the famous Hayes-Tilden disputed election of 1876.

And finally, given the amount of voter suppression by Jim Crow Democrats in the South, the number of presidential elections stolen by Democrats has yet to be fully counted.

Nehls doesn't say that past transgressions prove that there was significant voter fraud by the Democrat Party in the 2020 election, but he does advance the case that there are reasonable suspicions that bear close and serious scrutiny. Scrutiny that was forestalled by what very well might have been a made to order "insurrection".

Nehls makes some astute observations and asks some pointed questions about the Capitol Police's and the National Guard's preparation, leadership, and deployment prior to and during the demonstration.

He covers this subject in much more detail, but it all boils down to this. The Capitol Police were woefully underprepared and left to face the Capitol rioters for several hours (while the Capitol Police chiefs sat idly by), even though the DC National Guard, who was fully prepared to respond immediately, (and effectively)was inexplicably held back by the Army until after 5:00 p.m. In the time provided by this delay, the breach of the Capitol Building itself was allowed to transpire. It certainly seems as if Capitol Police Chiefs Yogananda Pittman and Sean Gallagher, and the Secretary of the Army Ryan McCarthy were all following the same orders…from somewhere.

On January 13, 2022, the author attended a meeting organized by the Republican Conference, the purpose of which was to allow Republican members to ask questions of Capitol Police Chief Thomas Manger and General William Walker (who commanded the D.C. National Guard on the 6th of January 2021)

Nehls asked General Walker, “If the DC National Guard would have been deployed to the Capitol Building on January 4th, as intelligence suggested, do you feel our Capitol would not have been breached?”

He replied, “Yes.”

Nehls agreed with the general and thinks that the inexplicable delay was suspicious, as if it were planned in advance.

So I've just written a ton of words and I have barely scratched the surface of what Congressman Nehls has covered in his book. He wanted to provide a comprehensive source on the irregularities of the 2020 presidential election and everything leading up to the January 6th riot to include the history of antifa, BLM, the covid pandemic, and the consequences of the defund police movement.

I'd say that if he hasn't done that, he has at least come mighty close. He's done it in 10 chapters with 271 pages of text and 27 pages of references. He looks at the big picture — not just the voting machines on election day — and puts recent events in a historical context. It’s an engaging and insightful book. When necessary, the technicalities are explained clearly and carefully.

It would have been easier to visualize the events at the Capitol had maps been included, but if you’re reading on an android you can Google diagrams.

Nehls also wants to alert his readers to those who would uproot and destroy our political system once and for all, and replace it with an all-powerful globalist elite whose only aim is to implement socialism and control every aspect of our lives. I'm afraid that the only ones who would heed his warning are already aware.

The others wouldn't know tyranny if it covered their faces, locked them in their homes, censored them, forced them to medicate and then made them show their papers.

Great book. All the election fraud and the fake January 6th trail going on is just crazy. Americans need to take our Republic back.

I thought Troy E. Nehls accomplished his task in bringing many points about January 6 and the stolen 2020 elections. I just recently decided on reading politically centered books for a better understanding especially after the COVID takeover. I knew many things brought up by Nehls but a lot of the book was very informative and interesting, making me want to read more on this subject that the mainstream media wants to control the narrative. When this was published 2022 midterms had not happened yet and again the big steal happened again. Just look at the mess in Maricopa Country the suppression of Republican voters, and other troubles there and else. Is it not troublesome enough that RINOs side and do all to destroy what they can not understand. All you have to know if it was the other way around, the media would be 24/7 ballistic in their narrative. Fraud matters if the country has any hope of being free.

I also noted that Paul Irving, who as the previous House Sergeant-at-Arms was partly responsible for issuing the order to bring in help from the National Guard on January

6th, hesitated to declare an emergency because he had to “run it up the chain of command,” a chain that runs up to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. I told General Walker I believe Speaker Pelosi herself played a role in the delayed response of the DC National Guard. I then asked General Walker, “Now that you serve as House Sergeant-at-Arms, do you feel you need Speaker Pelosi’s approval, as Mister Irving apparently did, to deploy troops to the Capitol should something like this take place again?”

He replied “No.” I expected that answer. It seems like there were some special behind-the-scenes orders governing Irving’s response that day. I then asked General Walker, “If the DC National Guard would have been deployed to the Capitol Building on January 4th, as intelligence suggested, do you feel our Capitol would not have been breached?” He replied, “Yes.” I agree. The inexplicable delay was suspicious, as if it were planned in advance. Things grow even more so as we look at what happened while the National Guard was made to wait.

If we look, as we have, at the larger, longer history of Antifa, we also are made aware of another tactic. In the 1950s, Antifa activists in Britain dressed up like the characteristic Blackshirts of British fascist groups so they could infiltrate their headquarters undetected, and then, once

in, would steal records and trash the offices.310 Dressing up in its signature black bloc is the usual modus operandi of Antifa today; its members also carry alternative clothes in backpacks so they can appear and disappear into the crowd at will. Since Antifa regards Trump and his supporters as modern-day fascists, Antifa dressing up as MAGA supporters in the January 6th rally is not inconceivable, nor is it beyond the pale to suggest that Antifa provocateurs would then follow the “breaking windows”

strategy to whip the normally quiet, law-abiding Trump supporters into undertaking destructive activity at the Capitol. We also know, according to the Intelligence and Interagency Coordination Division’s Special Events Assessment that Antifa was expected. Does that prove that there were Antifa provocateurs? Of course not, but it shows that it is not impossible or even out of character for Antifa. We also know that on the eve of the Capitol Hill riot, Antifa and Black Lives Matter protestors
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3382
clashed with Trump supporters, so both Antifa and BLM were still in Washington on January 6th. And, as I’ve noted, there certainly could have been a small percentage of Trump supporters that were intent on something other than peaceful protest, and they would have been easy targets for Antifa provocateurs to turn into rioters. We also know that there were indeed provocateurs at the Capitol that day because we have extensive footage of them doing everything

they can to push Trump supporters up to and into the Capitol Building.

Two things stand out immediately when we look at the timeline. To begin with, the first breach of the Capitol perimeter occurs at 12:50 p.m., a full twenty minutes before President Trump has finished speaking. That’s odd because Trump supporters go to hear Trump; that’s what they’re there for. Why would a smaller group of
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3456
them be at the Capitol Building area long before Trump finished? Second, in confirmation of what we’ve just gone over, there is a huge gap between the first breach (12:50 p.m.) and Capitol Police chief’s first call for help from the National Guard (1:04 p.m.), and the final authorization of the National Guard to deploy (5:08 p.m.) and its actual deployment. What was going on during that long delay? Before Trump’s speech was done, an advance group of protestors breached the restricted

Capitol Building area, took down fencing, removed signs that would have warned soon-to-be-arriving Trump supporters that they were entering a restricted area, and then spent the next hours shepherding Trump’s supporters into the restricted area and urging them to enter the Capitol Building. At the center of this operation is the now-famous Ray Epps (see the video footage in the Revolver articles). We first see Epps on the late evening of January 5th (wearing a TRUMP hat) milling about the
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3464
crowds strangely insistent on convincing Trump supporters the night before the rally that the most important thing that they need to do is breach the Capitol Building. In the videos we hear Epps shouting, “Keep your focus! Stay focused on what we’re here for.... Tomorrow, we need to go into the Capitol! Into the Capitol!” He is immediately booed by Trump supporters who drown him out by chanting, “Fed! Fed! Fed! Fed!” They smell a rat. At one point that evening, while Epps is trying to convince Trump

supporters to follow his instructions, standing next to him is none other than John Sullivan, alleged Antifa and Black Lives Matter supporter. We hear Sullivan remarking that, given Epps’s strange behavior, he must be an undercover agent. The following day both Epps and Sullivan will (separately) urge Trump supporters into the Capitol. The next day, January 6th at 10:24 a.m., Ray Epps is near the Washington Monument shouting to those who are going to hear President Trump speak at the Ellipse, “After
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3472
the speech, we are going to the Capitol. Where our problems are. It’s that direction. Please spread the word!”
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3483
As the footage gathered by Revolver shows, almost immediately after the breach a male individual (wearing sunglasses, a maroon ski cap, but no Trump gear) calmly and methodically cuts down and rolls up fences and takes down signs that would indicate to the soon-to-be-arriving Trump supporters that this was a restricted area, and consequently, that they could be arrested for entering the Capitol area. (Oddly, even though there’s plenty of footage, he did not make it onto the FBI Most Wanted List.) As footage attests, this fence cutting man was waiting at the site of the breach at 12:31 p.m. (twenty-one minutes before it happened). Does that look like an accident? There was also another small group about thirty feet south of the breach site also removing fencing at the very moment the breach occurred (led by a man in a black ski

mask, who then runs up with the crowd with Epps in it as it advances on the Capitol). He is on the FBI’s wanted list as Suspect #148. Although there is a very clear picture of his face, he has yet to be arrested. This is extremely odd since on January 5th he was taken out of a bus full of Trump supporters by police who believed the bus had weapons within. This methodical fence and sign removal is important. Normally, this area is open to the public but had been declared restricted, both on
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3493
multiple signs and by the fencing. With all that so quickly removed, the arriving Trump supporters would have no idea they were entering a restricted area. Now you can understand the importance of the first breach of the Capitol area being about twenty minutes before Trump finished speaking at the Ellipse. That gave the Epps and the “first breach team” time to remove the barricades, fences, and warning signs so that the wave of Trump supporters would unknowingly (and illegally)
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3496
enter the restricted area around the Capitol, thereby making them subject to arrest.
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3506
Ray Epps did make the FBI’s Most Wanted List on January 8th as Suspect #16. Given the number of
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3507
pictures of Epps at the Capitol and already on the internet prior to January 6th, internet sleuths were able to identify him within three days. As more and more information surfaced, Epps began to look more and more like an FBI informant/provocateur whose goal (along with the others mentioned) was to shepherd Trump supporters up and into the Capitol where they could then be arrested as insurrectionists (which the FBI soon did, with great zeal, hunting down Trump supporters and hauling them in).
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3510
But even though Epps was fully identified, he was not arrested. Mysteriously, Ray Epps disappeared as Suspect #16 without a trace from the FBI’s Most Wanted List on July 1, 2021, with no explanation by the FBI. He was not arrested; he was simply erased as a suspect. Very, very suspicious.
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3542
And there’s another really big “if,” one that seems to implicate the top Democrats themselves in this plot. As we’ve seen, video footage is essential to help sort out what really happened on Capitol Hill that day. Nancy Pelosi refuses to allow the release of over fourteen thousand hours of video footage taken at the Capitol that day.

Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3548
As we all know, Nancy Pelosi set up the January 6th Committee to investigate what happened that day. I myself was originally going to be assigned to that committee, along with my fellow Republicans Jim Jordan, Jim Banks, Kelly Armstrong, and Rodney Davis. But Pelosi wouldn’t allow it—she wants the January 6th Committee to be defined by and for the Democrat Party agenda, and to serve the Democrat narrative for that day. If we would have been part of the committee, it really would have gotten to the bottom of things.
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3556
There’s more. As I said in the very first chapter, the breach of the Capitol area and building stopped short the Republican attempt on January 6th to call for an investigation into the myriad voter integrity issues. If there hadn’t been a riot, that’s what we would have done. I believe the riot was meant to happen to ensure that no investigation would take place. Given the amount of fraud uncovered, no wonder such a diversionary tactic seemed necessary (dare I say it) to the shadow conspirators.
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3660
Given the way that the Democrats have politicized our other intelligence agencies, I don’t think it’s out of bounds to suspect this is one more potential example of the partisan “capture” of the Capitol Police’s intelligence unit. This is not some kind of paranoia on my part. Since January 6, 2021, I have been doing my own investigations into what really happened on that day, including asking a lot
Highlight (Yellow) and Note | Location 3663
of questions about the Capitol Police (especially its leadership), calling into question the caliber and intentions of its leadership, and finally declaring publicly that the shooting of Ashli Babbitt should be considered a murder. All of this and more I’ve included in this book you’re now reading, a book that obviously isn’t something that Democrats and their shadow co-conspirators want published. I think you can see why I believe that the incident at my office was a sign that I was being spied on.

Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3675
That doesn’t make any sense. Did Capitol Police think that I was planning to put on body armor and attack the Rayburn Building from the X? That makes even less sense. That’s why I remain convinced
Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3676
that Capitol Police intelligence had been tasked with investigating me, and that’s why someone was in my office. Perhaps the intelligence agents thought that “body armor” tied me to some alleged White Supremacist paramilitary organization. Perhaps they were just looking for anything to undermine my integrity. I don’t know. But given what you’ve read in all the previous chapters, I hope you’re suspicious as well.

Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3685
The Democrats and their shadow conspirators wanted to capture political power permanently on that day, and to do it, they knew they had to completely undermine any opposition. That plan to capture political power—using the combined efforts of big tech, the mainstream media, and immensely powerful behind-the-scenes co- conspirators—would fail if evidence
Highlight (Yellow) and Note | Location 3687
that the 2020 election had been stolen came to light. As I’ve said, turning the peaceful protest into a riot, and the riot into the political weapon of the completely partisan January 6th Committee, was part of the grand strategy to destroy the future prospects of Donald Trump and his supporters and to turn democracy into an oligarchical dictatorship of the Left.

Highlight (Yellow) | Location 3695
It’s not the purpose of this book to dig deeply into that connection. My goal has been to make clear that, given the Democrat history of voter fraud, manipulation, and intimidation, it was almost predicable that they would try to steal the election in 2020—and all the evidence points that way.

I consider Congressman Nehls' treatise a well-written supplementary report of the events that transpired in 2020-2021. It's shocking that some people are blind to facts and believe the false narrative being pushed upon them by government and the mainstream media. One only has to read and see the words and actions taken against Trump supporters who were invited into the Capitol Building by the police that tragic day to know there is a grand agenda being played out in our once great country. Read this book with an open mind.

Wow, this book is packed with so much history and facts all footnoted with a diverse stack of reading material for those like me who want to learn more. This book required bite size reading, take a break. More reading, take a break because even though it's written in a very easy style, the topic is overwhelming. A highly suggested read.

Rep Nehls begins with his 3rd day in the house ( Jan 6, 2021 ). From there he tells the history of election fraud by both parties as well as the history of the policies of each party. There is a bit of boring stats in the middle, but I still sped read thru those to get the idea he was trying to instill in me and glad I did. Needed the point later.... Then he takes you to the 2020 election and why the rioters ( and the rest of us) were so furious about the impossible stats of the election. As opposed to the Jan 6 unselect committee, Nehls brings out details of the events the committee conveniently withheld on that day and days and weeks preceding J6. I read the book in 3 days as I couldn't put it down. Me, a non reader that has probably only finished a dozen books in my entire life. Great read, a real eye opener.

I recommend the book highly. Every American should read The Big Fraud. Even if you disagree with Nehls’s conclusions, the history and research are documented and enlightening. Facts not acknowledged by the biased Jan 6 Committee need to be brought out into the light of day. One one-star reviewer of this book stated, go to the Jan 6 Committee Report for a more accurate explanation of what happened that day. I thoroughly disagree. Nehls reporting is more accurate. It is based on a more complete study of both history and the thousands of hours of footage from that day as well as his knowledge as a former police officer himself. Though I know people on the Left will probably dismiss this book, I hope at least some will be willing to read it with an open mind. I can only hope.

This could have been a great book had the author avoided so much of his personal opinions and wasn't trying to play both sides of the tennis match. The author comes out against G. Floyd's police arrest but went on to rant against the reactions as a motivation for riots planned and carried out by the Communist BLM and Antifa. Also, he railed against citizens being in the Capitol on 1/6/21 saying that was illegal... well the Capitol is a place for protest and the Capitol Police and Pelosi facilitated citizens being there... getting shot... and getting arrested and strung up for their Capitol tour. People like this author can't have it Both ways Butt they still try. This book has details about the Big Fraud, which if they were all the book contained would have been a 5 star book. QED.

Get out your tinfoil hat for this one. The book is not *all* conspiracy theories, but it is mostly.
I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if the FBI fomented rioting. Wouldn’t put it past Nancy to allow violence to further her own agenda. And, no. I wouldn’t be shocked to learn that poorly -trained capital police contributed the problems on January 6.
But, please. The rest of the argument in this book is far-fetched, to put it nicely. Trump lost. He should have conceded the election.

I recommend this book by Congressman Nehls. His background as law enforcement gives great credibility to the facts that he shares. Crime statistics that he describes put much into perspective.
I learned alot. I hope that the author is used in the upcoming Congress to continue his work. Thank you Mr. Nehls. You're an American patriot.
