This novel was amazing! In it we have Lily who owes money to the mafia. She's momentarily saved by Gabe and their attraction is instantaneous. This novel has action, suspense, romance, and lots of spice!
“It means that you are mine. Mine to protect, mine to possess, mine to take care of. You will do as you are told and I will make sure you have everything you need. You don’t have to decide anything, you don’t need to make choices, you don’t need to take responsibility unless I say so. Understand?”
Ahhh, Gabe is totally book boyfriend material. I enjoyed it, four stars!

Okay, sorry to say that this felt like reading a comic book. I feel the storyline could be improved more. The couple in the story begin with insta-love and Gabe has a dominate characteristic that shows he loved to be in charge. Yes sir, no sir but it is not to be confused with a D/s relationship. It is not BDSM. I did not find it very intriguing or exciting. It was at times most predictable. This is my first book by this author. Although I did not find this entertaining I would consider reading another book of hers to see if there is an improvement. I do love the dark mafia trope.

Ghosts are real and some of them carry grudges …
The first story in the Santori Mafia Kings series. Each story features a new couple and can be read as a stand-alone, but will be better if read in series order.
** Contains scenes and references to things that may be difficult for sensitive readers. A high-level listing is provided below.**
There are a few grammatical issues, primarily incorrect punctuation, and a few data inconsistencies, which is more troubling for me. This ranged from something small like an incorrect date to something a little more serious that deals with someone’s physical well-being. I uploaded my comments to goodreads for anyone interested. I mention these for readers such as myself that visualize the story as it is read, because errors interrupt the flow.
In this story, Lily is running an old motel. She basically inherited it, but unfortunately, it also came with a very large debt to the Amici mafia family. They come around once a month to drink whatever alcohol she has, get rowdy, break up some more of her livelihood and collect two-thirds of whatever she has taken in that month.
While they are there, Paulo, one of Amici’s made men, constantly threatens Lily, letting her know that she has more than one way to pay them the money they say she owes. They are just about ready to ‘collect’ on what they feel they are owed from a short fall from the month when vehicles arrive and interrupt them.
Gabe is back in his hometown because the truce with the Amici family has been broken. He needs to meet with the Don to broker a new truce. He has done everything he can to delay getting there, just because he doesn’t want to go. Gabe doesn’t have good memories of his hometown.
When they stop at the older motel for the night, the last thing he expected was to get into a fight with some of the guys from the Amici family and find his … babygirl … ???!!!… that he wasn’t even looking for …
What will happen when a person from his past appears to do everything in their power to make sure he doesn’t find his HEA?

Sinfully delicious and definitely dark & devious
This book 1 of this series is filled with violence, possessiveness, need, want, desire, revenge, secrets, passion, and love. This dark romance has an edge of Dom/Sub between Gabe and Lily but Gabe will burn the world down to keep Lily safe. The moment he laid eyes on her sweet innocent self he knew she would be the one who changed everything for him. However, with him being the future Don of the Santori Mafia he wasn’t sure he could risk her safety but he can’t let her go so he must find a way.
There is trouble brewing and Lily is going to be collateral damage if Gabe doesn’t find a way to make it right. This is an intense read and it’s filled with action, secrets, lies, and betrayal! However, it is also filled with a great amount of passion, lust, desire, and need to find a way for them to be together even when the world around them is imploding. You will thoroughly enjoy this dark romance and Gabe and Lily are a perfect couple who will steal your heart. Happy Reading!!

This book is a dark mafia romance. Lily meets Gabe trying to get away from another mafia family. Lily and Gabe have a connection right away. The other mafia family has been terrorizing poor Lily. Lily is Gabe's sweet babygirl and almost plays the role of a little. Unfortunately the rival mafia family also have a personal connection to Gabe too and force him to leave town for revenge. Then I felt really sorry for Lily because her life gets far worse. Lily can hardly even read either and has no family. This is like a lot of mafia books where the women don't hold any value except what the men can get out of them. Even though the men promised they would leave Lily alone they definitely do not. Lily has a secret. Gabe comes to his senses and realizes he has to do anything to get Lily back. Lily and Gabe have to fight many obstacles to try to work their way back together. It does have a good ending and I like the fact the ending isn't short and rushed.

Holy mother. The story goes way too fast. It’s hard to follow. The storyline is basic and could’ve been WAY better with a little more stuff. It’s like you’re reading a fan fiction or a book on Wattpad that’s never been edited. You’re always on the surface. I had way more expectations and dear Lord they haven’t been met. But if you love the quick, the short and the fast story that on page 1 you meet and page 2 you love, well that’s the book for you.

Bound to the Devil by Cara Bianchi is the First book in the Santori Mafia Kings series. This is the story of Lily and Gabe. Lily ended up owing money to the wrong people and Gabe saved her. This starts their story.

Lily owns a debt but before they come to collect Gabe is the one who takes her saving her, if only for a night. But when his enemies take whata close Lily has a secret she knows will bring Gabe to her rescue again. Well written steamy, mafia romance, good character development and story plot.

This is the story of Gabe & Lily. Lily owes money to the mafia. She's saved by Gabe & there's an instant attraction. It was a suspenseful read. And am voluntarily leaving my review.
