This is a wonderful boxset. Glad I could have it in one. The Mafia King Michele and his beautiful princess Celeste took us on a rollercoaster ride with their story. Their meeting was by error and after that they couldn't let go of each other. Though Michele has a hidden agenda but he couldn't let go of Celeste. Great story, well written and great chemistry with lots of steamy scenes. Dramas, twist and all. This is a great read, I recommend it 👌 👍. I received an ARC for my honest voluntary review.

I read a preview of this on FB - and the small preview sounded REALLY good that I immediately went to amazon and downloaded this
However, once I started actually reading, I realized that it was amateurly written. I'm giving it a 2 star because it's hilarious to me. I know the author didn't intend to make this funny, but it's just written so bad that I'm laughing. The MC literally says 'I'm too young and beautiful to die' because it started raining (with lightning and thunder) while she was outside at the park and wished for one second for the lightning to hit her.
I think this had potential to be decent, but the writing had it missing the mark. She wrote a lot of hate about her 'gay' husband. Both MC said something along the lines of 'I don't care who people date or their orientations' then BOTH had proceeded to say other things about it that made me uncomfortable. The way she just kept getting angry at her 'gay husband' then had to immediately clarify to the readers after she said it that she doesn't care he's gay so many times.
I get she was trying to portray the character as hurt, abandoned, and lied to but it was worded wrong which kept making me feel like it was homophobic or hate speech-ish.
It feels like there was little to no editing done professionally on this. Someone just threw the story together and checked for grammatical / spelling errors then that was it, done.
Things that were mixed up was she used her husband Chris name when talking about Will. And there was one part where she was thinking about letting Michele control her and she had said 'no' in her head but proceeded to explain through her inner thoughts like she would've said 'yes'. It made more sense to say yes from what she was trying to say too. There was a bunch of other mix ups I noticed but those were the 2 main ones that stuck with me.
The last thing that bothered me before I DNF was the fact she kept calling him 'daddy'. I swear to Lucifer, if we make it into a drinking game and drink every time 'daddy' is said in just one chapter, it would get you drunk enough to enjoy the story. I tried to make it through and finish it, only because I hate quitting and like to try and finish books I start, but I couldn't.

Michele is a mafia boss just taking over the family business. In a misunderstanding their rooms get mixed up. However, Celeste believes he is an escort. While Michele thinks Celeste has been sent there to kill him. Sparks fly between them and soon they have an amazing night together. Yet for Michele is the beginning and he isn't going to let Celeste go? Can Celeste find a legal way out of her marriage? What will happen between her and Michele?

Celeste and Michele are still seeing each other and exploring things between themselves. Its not long before feelings start to work into the equation. Celeste ends up shot and in a coma. Michele breaks things off trying to keep her safe. However, he can't stop thinking about her and wants to still be with her. When they get back together things are different and Celeste has the control. Will Michele admit his feelings for her? Will they finally get their happy ending?

Celeste goes for a teaching interview and is ambushed by the FBI. One of which is her ex and they want her to spy on Michele and his family. Celeste is shocked by everything that is happening and not sure what she should do. Will she turn against Michele? Can she find a way to help him?
This is an amazing collection that will draw you in from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining box set. It's a book that any book lover would enjoy.

This box set is perfect, it has everything. Love, hate, passion, betrayal and lots of mystery.
Celeste and Michele's worlds clash in an unusual manner. The distrust Michelle had fueled by his paranoia creates and interesting scene as he seems to not know how to deal with his attraction to an enigma in Celeste.
Catherine's way of writing brings the beauty out of this seemingly impossible plot. At the end it is satisfying and fulfilling. I am glad I read it, it's worth it.

This was a great box set. I read them separately as ARC, but reading the parts back to back was great. I love mafia stories. Celeste and Michele are a fantastic couple, even the dark and dark moments were great. The author has written a fantastic series that will hold your attention from start to finish. This is definitely recommended!

This is a great collection of six exciting stories filled with tons of steam. The author takes you on a roller coaster ride filled with twists. Her characters are strong and she had me glued to the pages binge reading this set. She does a great job painting her scenes and delivers a fantastic set.

Daddy & gag, no thank you.
I really enjoyed the plot and the characters. But the nick name of “daddy” totally ruined this book for me. Every time I read it, I cringed. Also, using the term “gagged” for kissing was too weird. Maybe the author isn’t American and “gag” is used differently where they are from. Because of those two things, I chose not to keep reading the next volumes.

Had potential
This story has a plot with potential but was poorly executed. Lots of little grammar issues and really sophomoric language, boobs and crotch used several times. The story didn't seem to have much teeth. Felt like an inexperienced writer.
Fast enough read but each volume meant a recap of the prior book, totally unnecessary retelling.
Won't be reading on.

The series is about the romance of a Mafia king Michele and Celeste. Michele is hesitant to get close to Celeste because of putting her in danger. Romance and suspense. This series is one to keep you reading.

I have enough of an imagination to suspend disbelief and become immersed in a story but this was just .... bad. I couldn't even get through the first book.

First of all wow, 6 books in 1 what's not to love? With all books in one place it makes it soo much easier to binge read without the breaks in between. Absolutely loved reading this series again as I thoroughly enjoyed it when they first came out. So much thought goes into these books, will definitely read again.
