I absolutely loved this overview of flower essences and how they can be used for healing on all levels as well as spiritual development and personal growth. This is a great reference book that I know will be an important resource for me. I especially liked the suggestions for working with prayer, affirmations, journaling and meditation to enhance to the effects of flower essences.
