The most fascinating thing I'm finding about this resource is that just by reading about the various soul conditions, one is empowered to recognize and then let them go (or embrace them, as the case may be). I bought this book after spending time with Patricia and her partner Richard; the gardens, business, retreat center, and community they have built around themselves are truly inspiring. I am grateful to have this book through which to learn more about their practices.
Title in German: Handbuch der kalifornischen und englischen Blütenessenzen
I can highly recommend this handbook to everyone who is interested in Flower essences. This book is divided into three parts: part 1 gives an overview of the meaning of all 103 californian and 39 english flower essences, part 2 describes in alphabetical order all mental problems and what relevant essences to choose for this specific problem, part 3 describes all flower essences more detailed regarding their qualities and effects. It´s really suitable for everybody - not only therapists but also for people like you and me.
Exceptional account of soul processes and struggles. Just reading the description of each essence is helpful in pinpointing one's soul ailments in the pursuit of healing.
