For many years, Devil's Briar has been a mystery. Some say that an entire ghost town is hidden somewhere in the Colorado wilderness, waiting to be discovered. Others claims that Devil's Briar is a myth, that the town never existed at all.
At first, Paula Mitchell and her husband Bill look set to fail in their search for Devil's Briar. But then, unlike all those who have searched before, they make a startling discovery. Devil's Briar is real, although no-one has lived there for many years. As they start to explore the empty streets and buildings, however, Paula and Bill realize that the town is still hiding the same dark secret that caused it to be abandoned in the first place.

Oh my God!
This is the best book I've read in a very long time. I love all of Amy's books but this one really scores big.
Devil's Briar is a lost ghost town. Don't go there! I can't even begin to explain this story so you'll have to take a chance and read it for yourself.

Very hard for me to find a novel that I seriously cannot figure out. I'm still left with questions, but in a good way! Very creepy moments and reminds me of Stephen King.
