I preferred the science at the beginning of the book about gut health. I thought that was really interesting. The recipes are well set out by day and there are pictures of every dish. You can't go wrong.
Entertaining, quick, and informative read with lots of interesting and doable recipes to improve gut microbiome. I enjoyed the photos, illustrations, and science information about gut and the differences between prebiotics and probiotics. Love that all the recipes have photos and I’m excited try to incorporate some of the ingredients in my diet. Giving it four stars since some of the ingredients may not be as accessible depending on the location of the reader.
