"Camp Clodhopper" celebrates the triumph of the underdogs at their rundown art camp over their privileged counterparts, the snooty, stuck-up Bunheads and their fancy summer camp across the lake. It harkens back to a time before cell phones and the internet, when you made friends at camp and sent each other letters (and made the occasional collect call) to keep in touch.
