Spinetinglers were totally slept on, thanks to Goosebumps (which Goosebumps were still amazing, don't get me wrong!). Camp Crocodile was an amazing addition to the series! Certainly made me not want to go swimming in any swamps when i was a kid! I need to find a copy of this as an adult! Also, why don't they keep making these books! Or at least re-release them. Sad, another relic of the 90's that will probably be forgotten with time.

It's pretty much exactly what you're expecting. There's a giant crocodile inhabiting the lake at a summer camp and terrorizing swimmers. Decent enough, but fairly predictable, even for a kid's book. Probably would have been better as a short story, as there just didn't seem to be enough plot to fill the pages. Rad cover, though.
