I enjoyed this book for the most part. It’s a refreshing break from dense, overpriced college textbooks. The information is presented in a highly visual, full-color format with diagrams, infographics, and clear explanations, making core MBA topics (like accounting, economics, strategy, operations, and marketing) much more digestible and approachable.

That said, some sections can feel a bit dry or surface-level, which is understandable given how much ground it covers in one book. It’s not a gripping read from cover to cover, but that’s not really the point.

I plan to keep this on my shelf as a handy reference. It’s already proving useful in my work—especially when I need to make a strong case for additional funding for capital improvements in my quality department. The practical insights on operations, finance, and business decision-making give me an edge in those conversations.

Overall, if you’re looking for a concise, visual overview of MBA essentials without the time or cost of a full program (or just want something more readable than a traditional textbook), this is a solid choice.
