The heart rending reality of life for economic migrants. Lovemore is working full time in Zimbabwe during a period of hyperinflation when the shops are empty and he does not have enough to buy the most basic food for his wife and daughter. Lovemore decides he has to leave them and travel thousands of miles to find work so he can send money and provisions back home to Martha. Of course he faces prejudice and hardship but he also meets kindness. It is a heart warming story and puts a face to the often maligned economic migrant. A sad sweet story worth reading.
