Comprehensive
This book is the result of a lot of research a lot of collaboration, it does concern me that still a little more about trying to be too go by the numbers, the pastor as star, not about a serious Christian pastor.

Just an incredibly useful, practical manual for pastoral ministry of any kind! I’ll return to this one.
