I own over 125 cookbooks, read recipes every day- for pleasure- but rarely read one from start to finish. So, very few are included in my book reading challenges. This one, however, has a lot of practical, useful information in the introductory chapters, making it worth reading from start to finish. I learned some great tips, such as eggs are healthier (less bad cholesterol properties) if you don’t scramble or overcook them. This is a book I can go back to for a reference and also use as a cookbook. Worth a read for anyone working to lower their LDL.

It helped confirm that I was doing some things right. A lot of information in there felt very overwhelming.
