Yine bir HBR, yine birbirinden güzel yönetim fikirlerini içeren makaleler… HBR yayınlarını bıkmadan usanmadan okuyabilmemin sebebi sanırım her okuduğum makalede yeni bir şey öğrenmemden kaynaklı. Farklı şirket uygulamaları kendi şirketinizle ilgili karşılaştırmalara olanak sağlarken vizyonunuzun da gelişmesine sebep oluyor. Güzel bir yol kitabı 👍🏾
Not sure how they select these as many of the articles featured were written in 2020 and 2021…so hardly cutting edge relevant in 2023. A few good insights - but not as many as prior annual collections. Not the best.
A nice collection of articles, but I was left disappointed with some of the initial articles. However, many of the articles (especially the last 3-4) present novel ideas. Would especially recommend "Accounting for Climate Change" and "Persuading the Unpersuadable".
