I was excited about this last issue since I loved 4 and 5, but this one was just good to me, nothing mind-blowing. I’m happy I’m reading these so late because the cliffhanger would have been very frustrating if I had to wait a long time to read 7.
I loved the use of colour to showcase Romie’s art. I love that colour was used to highlight essential plot pieces, such as Romie’s art and blood. The choice to leave the series primarily black and white creates a mood for the environment. It is dreary and bleak, with these little pieces of colour that change things.
