I totally loved this book, it was exciting from the start and just continued to grow stronger as the book progressed. It was very well written and the book flowed easily. I was hooked from the start and didn't want to put it down. The characters were just perfect, Jayden was just starting out as the mafia boss, after the passing of his father. Ivy was the daughter of Jayden's enemy and believed her Father was the one who ordered his father's death. Ivy couldn't believe he helped her and maybe all the things her Dad and brothers have ever said about him and his family could be untrue. They both become quite sweet on each other and against the odds a relationship is born. It goes smoothly for a while until her Dad and brothers become controlling and dig into what Ivy is up to. Things turn ugly and the twists and turns that come along are great to read about. I would totally suggest reading this book, is so good. Highly recommend.

This book started out a bit slow, but it turned out to be pretty good. I had a hard time sticking with it in the beginning. But after awhile I found the characters meshed well together and I was really happy with the way it ended. Great work.

this book was more tell than show and i swear if remo falcone even just looked at any of these men they’d all wither on the spot like it’s not worth the mafia romance genre at all😭😭😭 at the end of the day its not funny innit
What more can we ask for powerful men, grumpy, oh and sexy and the super strong women learning they are the ones with the real power so buckle up this is a wild ride, dangerous men, alpha personified, possessive, oh, so gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a deliciously story 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, lies, more lies, secrets reveled, violence, arrogance, turmoil (emotional), annoyance, jealousy, rivalry/rivals, prejudices, deceit, threats, manipulating, distrust, confrontations, retribution, complications, deception, honor (family), trauma, hate, revenge/vengeance, hope, forgiveness, passion, and maybe just love. (All the great stuff a mafia story is made of…just saying) By the time you’ve figured out who is who and what is what, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter! Can’t say I didn’t warn you. This is book three of the London Mafia Kings each book reads as a standalone where fate takes over the wheel of control putting two people together that their families don’t like one another. Jayden sexy as all get out head of his family crime organization after his father is killed finding out who killed his father is his first priority but while out, he rescues a girl not just any girl but a Gilligan his family’s number one enemy. Ivy is sweet has lived like most mafia princess under their father’s thumb he controls everything including marring them off for the best business deal so the night she was attacked and saved by the one man she shouldn’t want to get to know but the moment they meet they both leave a lasting impression on each other. Jayden couldn’t walk away from her if he tried the second time they are around each other they both know it is a done deal because they can’t keep their hands off of each other and each time they are around one another it happens but along the way they get to know each other all the lies her brother’s and father said about his family …about him he is proving isn’t true and the more he is around her the more he wants to make her his permanently, not keep being her little secret or him her secret especially with her father trying to marry her off but Jayden is going to allow that so where are they headed, what happens when her family finds out she been with him, she loves him, will Jayden save her and will they get their very own HEA if so I am sure it won’t be without a lot of twist & turns.

WattpadCore/5📚 2/5🌶️ The whole relationship and “romance” felt absolutely rushed and not believable. Ivy could’ve been any woman and the MMC still could’ve fallen as fast in love as he did with her because there was nothing special about her or their “connection”. This book is an absolute waste of time.
“You don’t have to look,” I snapped. “It was kind of hard not to. Nice tits, by the way.” She was on the verge of getting raped, they already ripped her dress and sexually harassed her and this is the conversation between the FMC and MMC literally seconds after he rescued her. If you don’t take the time to address such traumatic situations in a respectful way, that don’t address them at all. It’s that easy. “I wrapped the silky material of Ivy’s dress around the head, liking that I was getting my precum on it. I toyed with the idea of sending it back to her, of letting her know what I’d done. What would her reaction be?” He thinks about masturbating onto the dress she almost got raped and then send said dress covered in precum, mind you still the dress she almost got raped in, back to her. Tell me the author is “eww brother eww” without telling me the author is “ewww brother eww”. The book feels like it was written with the mind of a horny teenager. Every single interaction between the MC’s no matter how unfitting the situation is, gets sexualized in whatever way possible. We’re not even 100 pages in and while the MMC checks that the FMC is unharmed, he casually cups her breast to weight them. MIND YOU all of that a day after she was sexually assaulted and nearly raped! Bro what is this dumpster fire of a book? And who thought this was worth publishing. The author should pay us money for the pain and suffering we experience by reading this shit show. “He started under my armpits, felt around my back, then returned to my front and under my breasts, cupping each one as though weighing it. I half expected him to brush my nipples over my dress” !! We’re no even 100 pages in, the MC’s only had one prior interaction and they’re supposed be “enemies”. In what world makes any of this sense?
The fucking description on goodreads is “a dark mafia romance”. Oh dear lord why are you bombarding us with so much details and such a long text, now I know exactly what to expect of this book.🙄 This screams unprofessional and I’m not surprised that this book has less than 800 reviews, considering the author couldn’t even bother with writing a blurb for this. Also real people on the cover make the book already 100% more trashy.
•“A separate strip of tape covered his mouth. “Do you know why you’re in this position, Ronald?” I asked. Because of the tape, he was unable to answer with words, and his eyes widened.” Glad you kept the details out of the description so you can bore us with them in the book🙄. If you set the scene and tell us that a person had duct tape over his mouth, you don’t have to tell us 2 sentences later that because of the tape he can’t answer. We’re all aware how a tape covered mouth works.
The only positive thing is that at least (starting from the second one on) the smut scene weren’t as boring as they’re in most other books. Thank god for some variety for once.
Cold Sinful Revenge is book three in the London Mafia Kings series. A Dark Mafia Romance. An enemies-to-lovers tropes, a forbidden romance, complete standalone full-length story with no cliffhanger and a guaranteed HEA. Discover the heart-racing world of the London Mafia Kings. If jealous-possessive British anti-hero is your thing this is story for you. The story was engaging and unputdownable a page turner that kept me up way into the night. Did I read this book when I should've been reading our next podcast feature? Yes
Why? Because I cannot resist a mafia romance on KindleUnlimited. Also, these characters didn't feel 'cartoonish' like a lot of other mafia romances I've read. Jayden and Ivy give off adorable Romeo & Juliet vibes. It's a quick, easy read that I finished in a couple hours.
Why not 5 stars? This may be on me because I didn't read the first two in this series BUT it does say it can be read as a standalone; anyways - sometimes I felt a little lost with the other characters, their stories, and how they fit in with Jayden and Ivy to provide much substance. Also, the ending did feel rushed BUT I think you can say that about most smutty romances.
Is it spicy? Yes...not the spiciest by far, but it's pretty consistent. Is it smutty smut smut? Sure...it's definitely venturing out of the shallow end of the pool :)
Jayden and Ivy have a chance encounter in Londo where he ends up helping her out of a bit of an unfortunate situation. However, they do have known each other most of their live, belonging to families on the opposite side of a mafia world. Their bumping into eachother sparks up a lot of curiosity on both parts and they start to find more and more excuses to be in eachother’s presence. They start to develop a full blown relationship, pretty soon getting deep feelings involved, however they always have something looming over their heads: their family feud.
I started rooting for the two of them pretty soon because, compared to other starcrossed romances, the was no denial about their growing feelings and there was plenty of communication around that. Tha author also describes pretty wonderfully some particularily steamy scenes. Oftentimes, the MMC is standoffish or struggles to open up, but not Jayden. By the end of it, I truly had got the impression that their feelings were genuine.
After the death of his father Jayden becomes the head of the family and while searching for his father's killer he finds Ivy a rival's daughter and things take a steamy forbidden turn. Cold Sinful Revenge is book three in the London Mafia Kings series and I am loving this series. The writing is well done, and the story is intriguing and filled with mafia family drama, interesting characters, secrets, violence, revenge, unexpected twists, steam, and a great ending. I have been reading Marissa Farrar's books for a few years now and I have loved every book I read. I don't know how she comes up with all the great stories but I hope she never stops writing. I definitely recommend this book, this series, and this author to everyone looking for something amazing to read. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
This book was the least dark of the three in the London Kings Mafia trilogy, but no less spicy than its counterparts! Featuring Jayden, Hallie’s younger brother, and Ivy of the rival Gillian family, this had all the trappings of a Romeo and Juliet remake. Both were quite young, hopelessly and hiding it from their families. Ivy more so because hers was crazy and demanding, Jayden did not seem to care quite as much. A lot came to head in the book as they tried and failed over and over to call it quits, citing that they had no future. In true Marissa Farrar fashion there was a lot of steam scenes, action and plot twists to keep the reader engaged! I have read a lot of her books and she never fails to entertain!.

This is book 3 and the ending of the series.. please read these books in order if you plan on reading them! This time we get the story of brother Jayden. Feeling left alone after his sister marries into a different family and then losing his beloved dad/family leader, Jayden starts to spiral and wants nothing more than revenge revenge revenge! When he feels like he gets a glimmer of hope with a name, his mind is taken off task with the threat of a lone female near by, he would never believe just how this encounter flips his world around! Ivy is strong but struggling to find her place in a world dominated by men, when she finds herself in a sticky situation she would never believe the local bad guy who hates your family would ever come to her rescue. After many bumps, twists and obstacles, will Jayden and Ivy find their way? *Read as part of KU*
Cold Sinful Revenge is book 3 of the ‘London Mafia Kings’ series and tells the story of Jayden Wynter, new boss of his Mafia family following the murder of his father, and Ivy Gilligan, Mafia princess of a rival family who she believes killed Jayden’s father. They begin a secret relationship but soon her father and brothers become suspicious and discover the pair are meeting in secret. Will their love affair survive?
I really enjoyed this book, it’s well worth the wait from the second book in the series. The storyline is intriguing and kept me captivated from the very first page. A great addition to the series so if you like enemies to lovers, dark Mafia romance, then this series is for you.

I loved Jayden and Ivy's story; it's mafia romance, enemies to lovers, breeding kink, praise kink, and so much more.
Jayden wants to get a drink and find a lady to bring back to his place; when he hears a woman in trouble, he goes to investigate only to find his worst enemy's daughter being attacked. Their paths were not meant to cross, but these two couldn't resist the attraction they had for each other.
The sexual tension and chemistry between Jayden and Ivy was chef's kiss. These two set my tablet on FIRE; the spice in this book was panty melting!
I look forward to reading more books from Marissa!
★ “But this was a war, and there were always going to be casualties.” ★
—>>> I did not get a chance to read the first two books in this series, but we do have their characters making appearances in Jayden and Ivy’s story. Jayden is turning all rocks over in his hunt to find his father’s murderer, and when the enemy’s only daughter falls right in his lap, he finds he cannot get her out of his mind. He knows what he wants from her, and he goes all in as the relationship develops into a steamy and passionate affair which they try to keep from both sides of the family. This was a standalone, but I do look forward to doubling back and getting more of background stories!
There’s a lot of anxiety and angst in Jayden and Ivy’s story with a feeling that repercussions are coming and when they do, they’re going to be fairly devastating. This is a captivating drama that you’ll find hard to put down. Jayden and Ivy’s relationship is intense and passionate, especially considering the circumstances. And the brief action scenes will have you on the edge of your seat. Although the revenge aspect did not develop the way I anticipated, the strong emotions and steamy passion will keep you completely involved from start to finish.
An amazing story about two people who should never meet let alone fall in love and yet that is what happened. Jay was a man who loved women and while out looking for who killed his father he rescues the enemies daughter. They shouldn’t find each other attracted and yet that is what happens and along the way her secret gets out and there are huge consequences for their love, follow their story and how it all ends.

I loved this book. The story of Jayden and Ivy was great. I loved how Marissa developed each character and made us live their story right along with them. Jayden was so strong and protective, but when he decided he wanted Ivy, he never faltered. He was so patient and understanding with Ivy. The struggle of the issues with Ivy's family was so real. I read a lot of Mafia stories, but this is one of my favorites!.

Freaking loved this book. I enjoyed both Hallie/Tam and Leo/Kaja and this one did not disappoint at all! I loved how obsessed Jayden was with Ivy, that man was absolutely feral for her and this was one of the first books that did the breeding thing so perfectly. He was so obsessed with making her his and I loved every page of this book. I am not sure if there is going to be another book in this series but I really hope so!!.

Story was good, ending about what I thought but too Happily Ever After! A brother killed at wedding...A father killed by a bomb....daughter a!most raped...saved by the enemy...falls in love with enemy (like all the rest)...another brother dies....pregnancy.....different faction all together responsible (that much I suspected...reason tho was a surprise)....shootout btwn father and lover....both get shot....survive.....then a normal happily ever after....the end seemed weak to me. But the overall story from book 1 to 3 was good.
I really enjoyed this read, was fast paced and had a nice amount of spice in✨ Enjoyable, especially considering I hate reading books set in the UK even though I’m from Yorkshire lol😂😂 Loved the way the Heroine thought about the consequences of her actions etc, thought that made the book real! Brilliant writing style, first book by this author but 100% going to read more.
Jayden might be my favorite out of this series. He is just so sweet and does everything for Ivy. He was the first to tell her how much she meant to him. Jayden was the first to tell her he wants their relationship fully out in the open. Jayden was just the best. He is someone that the saying “Don’t judge a book by its cover” was made about. Absolute perfection! And the spice was soooo HOT!
Jay is wanting revenge against the people he feels are responsible for his father's death. When he comes across the daughter of the man he believes gave the order to set the bomb that killed his father Jay thinks maybe he can use Ivy against him. Things heat up between these two and now he's not sure he can let her go and her family will not be happy with these two seeing each other. This is a great read and I highly recommend it!
Jayden Wynter, head of the Wynter Syndicate and Ivy Gilligan are playing a dangerous game in this fantastic enemy to lovers story. Their families are enemies, yet they're drawn to each other in an unexplainable way. Their story is intense, steamy and emotional. Cold Sinful Revenge pulled me in from page one and kept me entranced until the final page.
Jaydon is coming into his own as a mafia bossnafter his fathers murder, when he comes across Ivy the enemies daughter he sees a way to cement his legacy and maybe just get a bottom revenge. Well written steamy enemies to lovers, mafianromance with suspense, hot scenes and action.

As Mafia enemies to lovers go, this book ranks up there as one of my favourites. Deliciously dark and dangerous. Great characters, the chemistry between the 2 protagonists is wonderfully written. The story hooked me from the first page to the last. Would recommend.

This is a perfect suspenseful, complex, romantic page turner that will have you wanting to read it straight threw to the end. Jayden and Ivy are so electrifying together.

The violence in this story will hit you when you least expect it. It's a world of betrayal, secrets and more. Jayden and Ivy know better than to get involved with each other. Once they start, they can never go back.
