Touching the Invisible

Rate this book
How can I have Christ's power in my life? Until we know how to recognize God's voice, we are unsure of His will, uncertain in our prayers, and ineffective in our Christian service. Norman Grubb opens the reality of living secretly with God, whose invisible resources become more real than the visible world around us. The answers here have revolutionized the lives of thousands, providing practical help for those who desire a life of power-the heritage of all who are "hidden with Christ in God."

Plus minus. Holds some spiritual truths, but comes from the sole and biased perspective of Evangelist in the World, on a Crusade for Christ. Worth a read, but remember it's a product of its times and perspectives--like the glorification of missionaries to other countries at the cost of their own families, which is not necessarily a good things, and the viewing of other peoples as "savages." Certainly my generation could use some of the fire and passion for reaching out as evangelists, but the form that should take is completely different from the times and direction of this book.

Such depth of simplicity

Have struggled long to understand what so clearly happens to those of us who seem driven on in this Christian walk. Simply and majestically put into print here!

Very good

Norman P Grubb will take you into the deep things of God. I know if those who make altar calls would tell the truth about coming to Jesus and really all that means, people might think things over before saying the sinners prayer.
