Crow (51) is out to visit a retired club buddy that he hasn’t seen in over 20 years. While he’s there he takes notice of his daughter, Dani, who is 21. Crow is immediately attracted to Dani, but he can’t act on it because she’s 30 years his junior AND his best friends daughter.
Dani is immediately attracted to Crow. She doesn’t think it’s possible for him to like her back. After some escalating vandalism in her parents neighborhood, Crow is tasked with keeping an eye on Dani. One night their friendship gets turned up to the next level.
But those vandals aren’t just there to vandalize, they’re also going to take Dani.

So received this arc for my honest opinion and well Holy heck I want me a crow this is a short novella the third into what for me is turning out to be a great m.c series older man younger lady insta attraction definitely can't wait for more in this series #olderman #hot #m.c #needmoreasap.

Age gap, danger and father's friend thrown all into one? Yes please and keep 'em coming!
This is the third series in the Alpha Riders MC series and we finally get to see Crow have his chance at love. When his friend Pete moves back to town, a reunion reintroduces Crow to Dani, Pete's daughter and the reason their paths diverged back in the day. Not expecting her to be a grown woman now, Crow is knocked off of his feet when he sees Dani for the first time in twenty-one years (in a good way) and suddenly questions his belief that he would never find love or be good enough for someone else.
Of course, with any story about these men, there is always danger lurking around every corner and pretty soon Dani finds herself in danger to the point that Crow needs to protect her (at the request of Pete) and the chance to further their connection presents itself. What I really liked about this story was that it wasn't your typical cookie-cutter danger. You are made to believe that it was brought about by one person in the story but as time goes on, you find out that it comes from a completely different source for a completely different reason which I think not only adds to the series but shows the versatility in the writing. Instead of a predictable story that follows the same plot and pattern of the previous story, you get another plot to explore and play with which keeps the story fun, exciting and easy to read.
I also love Crow and Dani together as a couple. Despite their (major) age difference, there is something so fun about the two of them and the chemistry is just off the charts. Plus the sass from Dani keeps things extremely interesting between the two that you can't help but keep reading to see what happens next. I can't wait for this series to continue and will certainly be reading the next story the moment that I can. I am now HOOKED!

When Crow reconnects with his friend it also puts him in contact with his daughter, a woman he hasn't seen since she was a little girl. When their eyes meet sparks goes off and she is all that he can think about and for her as well. When danger comes for Dani's father, he asks Crow to look after his daughter and when she is captured it sends Crow on the war path. Will he her Dani back safe and sound and will they get a chance for a happily ever after? This story kept me glued to the pages!

Short and Sweet Instalove
I needed a quick break from the dark romance books I’ve been sucked into but I didn’t want to go too sweet and fluffy either and this book was a perfect mix of the two. It’s short, has a steamy scene, and fast-paced. It has instalove, MC, dad’s best friend, and age gap. Crow and Dani are immediately drawn to each other when they see each other. They try to fight the attraction at first since it’s forbidden but they can’t resist the pull. When Dani gets kidnapped, Crow will do anything to get her back. This was a great short book!

DNF, I just could not get over the 30 year age gap. It’s ridiculous, the previous book was bad enough, I just got through it but this one I just couldn’t do it. Why 2 books in a row with such big age gaps? At least space them out so it flows better.
Anyway, I’m going to try my luck at the next book and hopefully it will appeal to me more, as I do not like to read series out of sequence.
By all means, if big age gaps is your thing then go ahead and read it. The author writes pretty well I’m the one with the age gap issues.

Crow and Dani were dynamite together. I truly enjoyed their banter. I also liked how Dani held her ground with Crow, and how you saw a sweet side to him b/c he fell in love with Dani. My only concern is the age difference of almost 30 years. OMYW tropes is one of my favorites. However 30 years is too a big of a gap even for me. Delightful romance!

But she is so many years younger than Crow! Enjoyed reading their story and how they met some stiff challenges! Enjoying this series immensely! Moving on to the next story in the series today!

I loved this story. I wasn't thrilled with the 30 year age gap because I think that's a little too much but it was handled in a great way and the relationship between Crow and Dani was terrific. Great chemistry and connection between them. Terrific story.

LOVED this one!!!! Perfect short novella. Age gap and has some spice. Crow is so protective over her and I loved that so much. The way he would literally off someone and spread their body parts all over California gave me that warm and fuzzy feeling 🤣🤣 I freaking love a protective touch her and I 🔪 you MMC so much! Do I need help? Quite possibly. Let me finish this series first though ✌️

Protector ~ I enjoyed reading this story. That was a huge age difference, but love has no boundaries. I liked that he protected her, and I liked her honesty. The Bonus epilogue was sweet, and it fit them perfectly.
