Secrets (#1)
This is a short but very compelling story about acceptance and unconditional love. These twin brothers were able to stand united in each other’s choices and reassure the others because they were raised in that kind of home environment.... there’s a lesson here for those with an open mind and heart. Teach your children acceptance so they will teach their own, and so on...
No one should be forced to suffer in silence because of a life choice.
The Beginning (Secrets #2)
This is a quick fabulous read....
Well, we’re back with Salem, Bella, Jinx, and Enzo.
They’re about to embark on an amazing future and I for one pray nothing happens to interfere. These shifters have the well-being of all paranormals at heart with the building of “Secrets” which is a Security firm and a kind of haven for those who need help or sanguinary. The Center will offer everything from housing, legal advice, protection,counseling and doctors for abuse victims.
And a double wedding just may be in the near future first for Salem and Bella, it’s high time for the lion to claim his lovely dragon, and secondly for Jinx and Enzo who are finally coming out in the open after the horrendous abuse from his parents almost cost Enzo’s life.
No one should be made to feel worthless. God don’t make junk. If someone you know is in need of a hand, reach out and offer yours. Show some kindness, get them help. You may just save a life.

A Holiday To Remember (Secrets #4)
I really enjoyed this fast but thrilling read. These four friends have been through a lot together and it seems that the fates weren’t quite done with them yet.
They’ve been busy since we last saw them. The building they bought has come along nicely. It offers many things including the newly created “Safe Haven orphanage” where a baby can be brought and left for adoption without judgement or prosecution.... there are a couple of very interesting and incredibly wonderful things that come about from there. Enzo has been talking to his husband, Jinx about a family but first they must find out who’s been hate stalking Enzo & trying to destroy his life. They do finally catch a break with one of the security cameras and all I know is Salem and Jinx ( twin brothers) were absolutely shocked to see whose face it was on camera. This could mean family trouble.
Meanwhile their mother’s been busy getting the building decorated and ready for the Christmas celebration to be held later tonight and there’s going to be several reasons for everyone to raise a glass, well everyone but Bella. She and her mate Salem don’t get the chance before Bella must be rushed to the clinic part of the building.... here we get to meet the newest set of twin boys, Hayden & Hunter.
This truly is a holiday these four friends will always remember.
I do recommend this to 18+ due to adult content.
Bella’s Valentine’s Surprise (Secrets #5)
It’s kinda been nonstop between Salem running the business and Bella giving birth to the twins. There’s been little or no time for each other.
Well, Salem is absolutely making the time for this Valentines to be the best ever for his dragon woman by giving her something she’s always wanted. And by mixing some romance into the fray this will truly be Bella’s Valentine’s Surprise
Hallowed Hell (Secrets#6)
Salem doesn’t know what’s happening, the threats were over, taken care of. At least that’s what he was told. But things are still going on like tires being slashed and someone is following Bella...and he knows exactly where to go for answers. He’s not about to let anything threaten his family. Bella and the twins are his life.
He knew that Nola was not telling all she knew and he felt it in his bones it has something to do with that wolf shifter biker club.
Kane, Wolf pack Alpha knew the minute he saw Kaylee that she was his mate. The feeling is mutual and they spend the next month together getting to know one another, mating and marking each other.
Kaylee doesn’t know anything about what Kane is planning. Kane has no idea who Kaylee really is.
Things are going to come to a head during the confrontation at the upcoming party. I mean to say, things are about to get real when the Alpha of the city is face to face with the King of the state.
Surprising truths will be revealed and true identities come to light. This is a must read. I strongly urge to start at the beginning of this amazing saga to see the whole picture.

SECRETS - Bk #1
This is a short story about a secret kept and the consequences it can cause. This is a beautiful story with a powerful message that we can all learn from. Caring and strong characters. I just loved it and highly recommend it. Fantastically done!!
SECRETS - THE BEGINNING - Bk #2
The second book in the series which continues with the four friends, Salem, Bella, Jinx & Enzo, making plans for their future journey.
They are going to open a security firm for the supernaturals who don't have the same access as the humans do. They will help with legal advice, counseling, medical help for the abused, a sanctuary and home for the ones that have nowhere to go, and security protection. All four friends will have a part to play in this endeavor. The firm will be called "Secrets Inc." This also is happening with the help of Salem's parents who have loved and backed the four of them from the start. It's quite an endeavor but Salem knows they all can do it. It's almost time for Salem, the lion, and his mate Bella, the dragon, to have their mating ceremony. Enzo and Jinx are finally happy together after the abuse of Enzo's parents which almost took Enzo's life. They are all looking forward to a happy future, but there may be trouble ahead.
There's an important message in this book. Parents are supposed to love their children, no matter what and be there for them in times of crisis to give them their support. (Enzo and Bella didn't have this).
SECRETS - LIFE AT LAST - Bk #3
Book #3 in the Secrets Series and it's a fast read. All four of the main characters, Salem, Bella, Enzo & Jinx have come into their own. They have taught us some very valuable lessons for a happy and satisfying life. Always be true to yourselves.

His is the fourth book of the Secrets Series. Things have been going so well for the foursome-Salem, Bella, Jinx & Enzo. Then some hater decides to harass Enzo. Who could it be, well the security team is on it. The Holidays are coming and everyone is excited and there are plenty of surprises coming.
Just loved this short Holiday story which has hot romance, tears of happiness and plenty of holiday cheer. Love these four fantastic friends.

Salem, a lion shifter, is giving his mate Bella, a dragon shifter, a wonderful Valentines Day surprise, something she has always wanted- It's been a busy time for them between their business and the birth of their twin sons. She deserves a nice break. He manages to keep it all secret until they get there. She was so happy with her surprise and had a very Happy Valentines Day.

Salem wants to know who is after his family. Does the witch Nola know something? Did the Lion King, his father, really take care of Bella & Enzo's parents as he said? The Masquerade Ball is coming up and everyone is looking forward to it, but will it be safe to hold it? So many questions and you have to read for yourselves for the answers!! A few surprising secrets are revealed!! Loved this fast and short final installment of this series.

Wow! “Secrets” The Complete Series: (Books 1 - 6) are page-turners, all in this one boxed set! ... I had to wait in between each book as they were published :o but you can get these awesome must reads all in one set now! ... Each book is connected, but continues with a unique and interesting saga, not your typical PNR plot, but with likable characters and some twists & turns. I was grabbed from the start and did not want to stop whenever I had to! ... Some of these individual books I’d bought & others I’d volunteered to read, but without any outside influences. So I can honestly recommend this to all adult fans of fiction and look forward to reading more from Ms. Payne :)

This box set is awesome, very easy to interpret and live in the moment together with these couples.. The trials, prejudice and pain they have to endure to survive their world, which is seen in ours today. This is a testament to all those who have to live and endure it...
