Lots of beautiful examples of different treatments for thrown pots. Less practical guide, more inspiration.

As an amateur potter, I loved this book! Davis gives very detailed instructions on how to create each work and there is a good variety of projects to do. Photos are informative and beautiful at the same time.

Good overview of pottery, clay, glazes and hand-throwing, in addition to wonderful photos and some interesting projects (which are more than a little challenging for a newbie potter!).
