Kimberly and Benton get off to a shaky start. But, until you can get the total picture in context. It might not shed the best light on either of them. You see she happens to go to dinner with a guy from work, ladies when the hair on your arms or neck goes up, back away, it is a friendly dinner. But, she needed to do something so she hung back in the car.
When she enters he is nowhere to be seen. Not in the restroom either. She goes, to look out the back door window, and, bingo! The man she had been out running for years and the guy from work is helping him. Thank god he left his keys with her, she is out of there.
Ending up at the Reagent’s Protection Agency. Although she is asking for help she is only giving limited amounts of info. Mating Benton even more suspicious. So, their resident hacker checks out her name only to find a closed and retracted file on her. All she can say is that she is being hunted by a madman.
You will never guess who gets to be one on one hands-on with her case. Yup, Benton. Fast read and fun, too.

What a wonderful start to a series. If you like fast paced, short stories then this is definitely the book for you.
Reagents Protection Agency is set to be a great series with this brilliant start. Benton and Kim have enough sparks between the to light an entire city. Watching them together. Their interactions are both amusing and heart felt.
Kim is a strong character. She’s had to face the realisation that the man she’s loved all her life is so much more than just her father, and not in a good way.
She’s loved I fear for a long time.
Benton is one of those grumpy alpha male protectors that we all love. He’s a great character. Despite his initial misgivings he finds himself falling under her spell.
This story is a beautiful read. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Ms Ford has a new series the Reagents Protection Agency and it is a great series, is short and also a good read. This story revolves around Kim and Benton. The characters and the characters fit together perfectly and the storyline and the structure flow effortlessly into each other. Kim finds out that even though she loves her father very much, he is not the man she always thought and not for the better. Bent is a nice character with a strong character, he is a grumpy man but a sweet alpha. The interaction and chemistry between them splashes the book. This is a great new series and I can't wait for the next installment in this series. In short, a highly recommended read.

Wow what a fun, quick read. When Benton first meets Kimberley he doesn't trust her. But as their forced to spend time together things heat up. Amber Ford has given us a quick read that you don't want to miss. I'm looking forward to the next one in this series.

Kimberly on the run & refusing to play ball while demanding protection kinda makes you want to tell her to grow up. She sneaky attempts to play Benton was sure dirty. Benton though harsh was a man struggling not to fall. Their tug of war was engaging. Quick & Enjoyable!

Kimberly has a background that we don't know until the story is almost over, but Benton swears to protect her from whatever is going on. I volunteered to read an advanced copy of this book.

A quick easy read.
It's a good read, but the (H) was a bit off putting. The chemistry was there but it felt forced a bit .
