This is a bit all over the place and too juvenile for me. The beginning repeats the rejection a few times... I'm confused why he even rejected her... ... because he immediately has a change of heart.

Ugh, such a good start and then it just spirals out to be confusing. I had a hard time following the story. There were unrealistic time jumps with confusing story arcs (like FMC leaves at 18 for 2.5 years but comes back and has to finish high school??? And the MMC who is the alpha and has been there the whole time is still in high school??)
I just couldn't finish. It was hurting my brain.
