I’ve used this for the past 5 months or so as one resource to help prepare for leading a small group Bible study on 1 & 2 Peter and Jude. I found it both easy to read and packed with good questions that I could adapt for the group discussion. In conjunction with other commentaries, definitely worth the read.
My least favorite study in this series so far. Several parts of the book felt like they were trying to fill a minimum page count. There were, however, still several great takeaways and it got me reading a couple of parts of the Bible I normally wouldn't.
I usually find the volumes in this series really encouraging. This one - whilst solid in it's understanding was pretty dry and lacked nuance in application.
