*** I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review. ***
You want to learn about communication in businesses? You’ll learn about it in this book, though I found it lengthy for the topic at hand and a very technical read. As an analyst, I want to better my communication with others, but found that this book did not really relate to what I was looking for.
Good practical tips for communications in the workplace. Change Comms and employee voice were covered well. Felt very up to date and relevant, and was honest about not being able to predict the future. The expert case studies of where other companies are doing good things really sparked ideas and inspiration.
I read and reread this and found it a very useful tool as I work in communications. They clearly have alot of experience in the sector and I like that they used case studies of various companies to illustrate approaches. I would recommend this to those working in internal communications.
Another very useful and interesting book, full of interesting ideas and full for thought. Highly recommended! Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine.
