Becca Baldwin is a contemporary romance writer of relatable heroines and near-perfect book boyfriends. In her down time, she's a drinker of all the teas, cat worshiper, book enthusiast, storm lover and fan of all things romance.
short and sweet book. it's a cute second chance, best friends brother, touch her and u’ll die type of romance. but there were typos all throughout the book. it really felt like an average wattpad story. i also found a lot of the dialogue to be cringey.
The story had promise, the characters were interesting but fit some reason the story just fell flat. There wasn’t a lot of relationship development. I think this story could’ve been great if only developed a little more. It was like being on a roller coaster Katie was extremely impulsive with her wanting to move away each time her heart got broken. She seemed like a pushover and basically forgave him immediately every time something bad happened even though she overreacted a lot. It had potential. This was a cute quick read. Though I didn’t always agree with the MFC’s actions (running away constantly), I understand why she did what she did. This is a second chance, best friend’s brother story. I liked that the best friend was fine with them being together, and though there was a lot of drama (there was way more angst than I was expecting) the main characters were very sweet together. There is a little bit of awkward dialogue, but overall I enjoyed the story.
Katie has loved her best friend’s brother Matthew for many years. Two years prior to the events in this book it seemed like they were finally going to get together, however Matthew rejected her. Now he is moving back to NYC and brought along his fiancee (that no one knew about and he wasn’t sure why they were even together, they didn’t love each other). Heartbroken again, Katie leaves and never wants to see him again. Obviously the fiancee isn’t his fiancee for much longer when he realizes he majorly screwed up, and Katie and Matthew have a chance to reconnect. Can they actually make it work and find their happy ending?
✔️second chance ✔️best friend’s brother ✔️some OW drama (ex-fiancee tries to sabotage their relationship on a couple of occasions) ✔️check the content warnings!
Katie has been in love with her brothers friend for a long time, and they do not know that he feels the same way. When he comes back to town, she thinks it is her time to tell him, but he brings a fiance. When true feelings are finally revealed, a true relationship fires up and consumes them. The characters have great backstories and intense feelings. The storyline development works well and the dialogue is entertaining. Situations sometimes cause miscommunication but they work out later. Loved the chemistry and steam. Great ending. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Katie has loved Matt for forever, and little did he know the feelings were mutual. They get together and he runs, he comes home and is engaged to Amber was a great antagonist. Then they get back together and then there is some drama and this is a great story. I really felt for Katie she had some rough patches and a terrible incident. The characters were good and Amber supplied the character to focus anger on, Becks was a great friend. I loved this story. It had drama and romance. . This is a sweet, sexy and steamy story with strong characters in Katie and Matthew. The author does a great job building her story and paints her scenes perfectly. She pulled me in with the push/pull relationship they have and I loved watching them come together. It's well written, moves quickly and smoothly and is a great read.

I really enjoyed this book. It had great characters. I am a fan of Becks, she is a true best friend, loyal and takes no crap from anyone, even her brother. I was happy that her brother and best friend were able to be honest with each other about their feelings for one another. I also enjoyed the excerpts at the end. I cannot wait to read the next book by this author.

Great storyline with very strong characters. Love Katie, her spunk for love but still keep clear mind about what’s going on with Matthew. As hard it was for her to admit, she knows when to step back. You need tissues for this part. Matthew finally grow the backbone and went for what was almost lost, Katie love. . I thought this was a cute romance. Katie has been in love with Matt forever. However it seems that he doesn't return those same feelings? I really liked Katie but it did take me a bit to decide how I felt about Matt as he seemed a bit indecisive. However, they were cute together and I loved his family.

I've read several books written by Becca Baldwin; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books.
The story is about Katie & Matthew; she’s been in love with him for a long time but he’s her brother’s best friend, after one night in London she thought she finally had a chance with him until he’s shows up with his fiancée.

If you need a good read with a little heartache and a whole lot of love, this story was packed full of it. Katie and Matt’s pull for each other was strongly felt in each chapter and throw in a delusional ex fiancé the drama was intense for this couple. I also enjoyed seeing how they would get to their happy ending with all those feelings they had for each other. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
"Say You're Mine" is a great story with some drama and fun aspects. It is a best friend's older brother story about Katie and Matt. Katie has crushed on him, well in love with is more like it, for so long but she is just his little sister best friend. That changes one night and she thinks she finally has a a chance until a fiancée is presented. I love the characters and their story. It is a fairly short read and I love every bit of it!
byBecca Baldwin The characters are well written and the story is so good. It is developed perfectly. They have major obstacles to overcome. Friends, finances, and secrets. This was such a good book, I really enjoyed reading it. I recommend you giving it a read, you will not be disappointed.

A good book to dive into. Katie has been in love with Matt, her friend Rebecka's brother, for as long as she knows. After a hot kiss with him she hopes for a future but Matt but he leaves her behind. Two years later, he returns and she hopes for a sequel. However, Matt has his fiancée with him..... How could this end in an HEA for Katie?
Not too long a story but one with feelings!.

This is the story about Katie and Matthew, written in the dual, first person point of view which I always love. So, Katie and Matthew have a history and now years later, Matthew has returned home and Katie has no idea what to do about that. I really enjoyed this story.. Becca Baldwin has written another great book full of well developed characters. Her writing is descriptive in a way that feels balanced. I can visualise the story but am not bogged down in detail. Katie has much more strength and self worth than many heroines do . I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Well written story with Katie and her best friends older brother Matthew who she has been in love with but he has never shown any interest in her until they are both in London and have a steamy night together. Katie returns thinking things are looking up until Matthew also returns with a fiancee with him. Loved how this was written with both POV.
Cheesy hallmark-type love story. Enjoyed the storyline, but some parts from Matt’s perspective were a little too cheesy for my taste. Definitely check trigger warnings before reading! Personal pet peeve: there were SOOOO many grammar and spelling errors throughout the entire book. I kept having to stop and re-read to try to figure out what it was supposed to say.
This is a well written story, Katie's been in love with Matt for years, theirnpush and pull leads them in every direction possible but isnit enough in the end?

Katie and Matt have been fighting their feelings for each other for a long time and this short story by Becca Baldwin is a perfect read with lots of longing, misunderstandings, and steamy scenes. . I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This Romance between Katie and her BFF’s brother, Matt had so much potential. Underdeveloped characters left me wanting for more, but in the end made for a very quick read, and ready to move on to storyline with more depth.
Katie and Matt are very good couple. To see them reunited again is a great story and this was an enjoyable read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
An emotionally riveting drama that was s great read. I felt her heartbreak. I connected with the story. I only wish it had been longer because the characters had more story to tell in my opinion.

Katie and Matthew have a sweet story. I loved the characters in this story, between their personalities and interactions. This has a great balance the heat, sweet and heart.
