As a new advisor this book was full of practical, applicable advice. It significantly helped me with long term planning of my practice and provided actionable advice on practices and procedures to implement now. An amazing book for those just starting or those looking to become more efficient in their practice. My book is full of highlights, notes, and book marks. Will refer to over and over.
