This book was pretty good! The twist with the monsters beneath the sunny, sweet, and peaceful suburb, Cowslip Grove, (literally). The operation with Boojum, Rafer, and Slynderfell was pretty smart. When Rafer Frost transforms into his monster form the transition is also really good. I don't s have any other things to say. The only reason it's four stars is because the weird thing is that Rafer Frost is the monster on the cover when the actual star of the show is Boojum. Plus, Rafer has anticlimactic ending as he is buried by tons of ice cream.

Creepy as Hell

What a weird and creepy book with fantastic illustrations and an epic story. Friendship and freaks prevail in this middle grade horror where small town suburbia has more than the Neighbourhood watch lurking in the shadows. Great spooky read!
